They provided me with expectations of what was going to be done, kept me informed of any additional service needed at that time or in the future and completed the check out process with a thorough explanation. Sara L. in Service is a gem! She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family (we are a Mini family, purchased 7 from this dealership) . I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Brought my Dodge Ram is for a problem with the shifter and got excellent service from Rudy Vargas. Although the actual part was on back order. Rudy set me up with a car for a week and was great about calling me and giving me updates on the part.
I was so very pleased that my Jeep was serviced in a very brief time and that my advisor John Woodward was a excellent advisor and was spot on with his completion of my paperwork. He also advised me of a recall which he immediately had fixed.
My Seatbelt failed in the retracted position. James Patton worked with me to help fix the problem in a quick and economical fashion. He went above and beyond to expedite the repair quickly so that I could have my jeep back before the weekend. James communicated on a regular basis to keep me informed of progress. The car was out of warranty however given the safety issue, Jeep cover half the cost of the repair. I greatly appreciate James and Jeep's attention to customer satisfaction. This is why I own two Jeeps (2018 Rubicon and 2015 Willys)

Call backs and question answers were handled in a way that made a new purchase as stress free as possible. A trusting attitude was established with the first contact and continued through the delivery. Salesman and finance manager were both terrific! All-in-all a great new vehicle experience.
