My visit with Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta was above standard. First of all, 2 days after I made an appointment for the 40,000 mile service, I received 2 calls prior to the actual appointment. These calls were to welcome me and to thank me for using their dealership for the service and also to confirm my appointment date and time. I've been to another dealership (On the far North Side of Town) that didn't call to confirm at all. I won't name that dealership on the north side, but I will say that I will continue to get my car serviced at Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta from now on. My service advisor's name is Bryant Hall. Mr. Hall was very professional from the moment I walked in the building. Plus I had a pleasant experience while getting my car serviced. It only took 2 1/2 hours to service my car. The other VW dealership would definately have taken longer to do the same job (at least 3 1/2). Also the cost was cheaper at Heritage Volkswagen compared to the other dealership. Yes, I saved money by going to Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta as opposed to the other dealership and I bought my car at the other dealership. It should have been cheaper at the other dealership, but it wasn't. It got a less expensive, faster and much over all better service experience at Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta. And NO, they aren't paying me or compensating me for this review. I just think that people should be complemented when they do an exceptional job or even a good job. As long as the customer is satisfied then that's what count. Well, I'm very satisfied. To sum it up, I'm very satisfied with this location and highly recommend Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta to any VW owner who needs their car serviced by a reputable dealership. They get it. They do the job right the FIRST time and don't price gouge you. With that said, I'm giving Heritage Volkswagen of South Atlanta a 5 star rating for my customer experience. The cashiers were even on point. This dealership is a well oiled machine and I honestly appreciate Bryant Hall for being the type of service represantative that EVERY dealership should have. 2 thumbs up Mr. Hall. THANK YOU SIR!!!
