I have bought a lot of cars over the years from several different dealerships and this was by FAR the best and most professional truck buying process I have ever been through! Everything from the time I first made contact with Clark my salesman to the time I walked out the door with my new 2019 F 350 was better than I have ever experienced! My truck was done and customized for me and everything was spot on and done the way I wanted! Thank you for an amazing buying experience!
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.
Props to Brandon, Kenzi, and Ren. I've already refereed a few friends, have talked to many people about my wonderful experience, and will continue spreading the word.

I am a big fan of Infinity of KC due to their professionalism and efficiency. The sales team knows their product, listens to the customer on the type of vehicle desired and provide an efficient purchasing process once the agreement is met.
The purchase was smooth and quick. The vehicle was missing a option that we wanted and they are taking care of getting it added for us right away. The sales and service staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.
We just purchased a 2017 GMC on 7/7/2017. This was by far the easiest deal we have ever had in the last 15 years!! The customer service was outstanding and the paperwork to close the deal was the fastest we have ever been through. I can't say enough good things about Tim Trader, Timothy Shaw, and Eddie Derdich. The truck we looked at on Saturday evening after hours was sold on Monday but they had no problem having another one there for us by Friday. These are not your average pushy salesmen but super friendly people looking out for the best deal for you. If your looking to buy a GMC or Chevy I would highly recommend this place!!!
We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.

From the time I walked into the dealership and left with my truck I was impressed by the no pressure approach and willingness to make sure I was treated like a VIP. Starting from the sales person, Lamont J., to the sales manager Cory, and finally the finance person, I felt like this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
From the moment I walked into the dealer I was greeted by the staff, introduced to the Cory the General Manager, and then put in touch with Rick whom I had spoke to on the phone about the VW Jetta that I wanted to test drive. Cory and Rick were both very friendly. Their focus wasn't on selling a car, but making sure I was taken care of. The atmosphere in the dealership was very laid back compared to other dealerships that I have visited. I never felt pressured or harassed about making a decision with respect to a car on their lot. Rick knows his products very well, and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot. I honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesman. Eric in the finance office was also extremely helpful. He was able to put all of the options into layman's terms so it was incredibly easy to understand. I would definitely recommend LSDCJ to my friends and family.
