It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.

Genuine and honest experience with Tim Dixon and Peter Sargent. Very patient and understanding to the stresses involved with a new car purchase. All questions and concerns were address and every effort was taken to provide the best deal available. Highly recommend. 10 years of past experience with the service department has been very good with a previous vehicle as well.
When I went out to the dealership I had just called ahead of time and they were able to fit me in right away. I have been where in Dad getting off the highway and they did a overall inspection to make sure there was no damage. William Keith was so helpful and professional! I really trust this dealership in providing me with the best service and advice on my new Volkswagen Tiguan.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.
I did not purchase my Jeep here but chose to get it serviced here. 5 months after purchasing it I experienced an issue on the highway and brought it in to Blake Cromwell and staff as soon as I could. They had it all day while I was at work and it turned out I needed my transmission replaced. Blake worked with the company my warranty is through all day long while I was at work and got them to agree to a new transmission with a new warranty. Blake fought my warranty company for me when I wasn't there and I didn't even buy the jeep from him, I simply service it there. Then when I got off work and got down to Briggs Blake walked me through everything and seamlessly got me a rental car for two days. I can't stress this enough, Blake and his crew are incredible. They truly care about you and it shouldn't go unnoticed. If you need anything done, I highly recommend Briggs Jeep in Lawrence
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

I just want to say how blessed I have been to receive great service from Jeremy Breshears! When I was looking for a SUV on cars.com, there I saw one I was interested in from Reed Buick GMC. I submitted a request to find out more about the vehicle. About 15 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jeremy but I thought he had sound familiar to me, come to find out he is one of our "dads" from my preschool. I thought to myself how GOD works in mysterious ways. Unfortunately, the car was sold. Over the next few weeks I continued to look for other SUV's, On May 30th, I saw a car from another Dealership and thought I really like this so they let me take it for the night and returned it the next day. I was on a budget so I had to keep it in my price range, it was nice SUV but had no extras and I was ok with that. I was planning on purchasing it but I always, I pray for God's will. The next day Jeremy brought his daughter into school and mentioned that there was another SUV if I was interested in looking at it, later on that morning while getting my car washed to be sold for a down payment, I pulled up the email from Reed Buick and saw the 2011 Chevy Equinox. I felt at peace so I called my husband and he said for me to check it out! I went and fell in love with it!! Jeremy and everyone working there were so pleasant, not pushy or intimidating me to buy it. Anytime I have gone up to Reed Buick and if I didn't find what I wanted, they were just nice to me and my family. The moral to my story is I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I LOVE MY EQUINOX !! Thank you Jeremy.
