Five Stars for Hyundai of Folsom Lake and Cory Today we picked up my daughter's 2015 Hyundai Sonata after a lengthy repair process, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hyundai of Folsom Lake. From the beginning, Cory set the standard for what customer service should look like. Communication was prompt, clear, and transparent. Every question was answered honestly, every update was provided when promised, and at no point did we feel like we were being left in the dark. Even when the news wasn't what we had hoped for, Cory communicated it professionally and with genuine respect. Our experience at Hyundai of Folsom Lake stands in sharp contrast to another local dealership. We initially contacted Roseville Hyundai, but were told it would be approximately 30 days before they could even inspect a vehicle that had been determined to be unsafe to drive due to a fuel system issue. That delay ultimately led us to Hyundai of Folsom Lake—a decision that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. While I was disappointed with Hyundai Motor America's final decision regarding goodwill assistance, I want to be clear that my experience with Hyundai of Folsom Lake was entirely different. The dealership and its staff treated us with professionalism throughout the process. They accurately diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the repair, advocated on our behalf during the goodwill review, and kept us informed every step of the way. Too often, dealerships only hear from customers when something goes wrong. In this case, Hyundai of Folsom Lake—and especially Cory—deserve recognition for doing things right. If you're looking for a Hyundai dealership in the Sacramento region that values communication, honesty, and customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of Folsom Lake. Andrew went the extra mile for us. We are new to Ev's and he helped us to understand how they operate. This was also the first time we visited a Kia dealership and we were very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. Andrew answered all our questions and didn't pressure us to buy. I thought we would have to compare other brands but Andrew explained the differences between Kia and other car makers we were considering.
2024 Kia EV9 review
I already had an EV6 for my wife and fell in love with it. I just needed something a little bigger and wanted full EV. Since it VW been buying primarily Kia since 2007 it was a no brainer to choose the EV9. Price is still a big issue for me so I chose the Light Long Range trim. I get the best range and 98% of all the features I wanted. Unfortunately to get that last 2% would have meant going to the Land trim and that was out of my budget this time. But in getting HDA2, Digital Key 2, all the safety features, 3 rows for 6 passengers, power liftgate, etc. I’ve had mine 3 weeks and already have 2300 miles on it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a 3 row SUV EV.

Then I found a great offer from Recharged. At first, I was hesitant to buy a vehicle online, but the entire team made the process easy, honest, and stress-free. They answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Michael Maxey for making the financing process simple and transparent, and to Clara McLamb for her excellent communication and support throughout the process. I was very impressed by their honesty. They sent me a detailed video of the vehicle and showed its real condition, including small cosmetic imperfections. That gave me a lot of confidence. The delivery was also faster than expected. I started the purchase on Monday, and by Wednesday the car was already at my home. Now that I have received the vehicle, I can honestly say that Recharged exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy EV dealership.

Zero pressure, very knowledgeable, and they helped us get up to speed right away. Good prices. Unfortunately the car I was interested in was sold by the time I was ready to purchase, so I didn’t buy a car this time. I’ll be back from my next purchase though!
