Had a 730am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was there for 90 minutes. It really should not have taken so long and they couldn?t wash my car in a timely manner so skipped the free car wash.
2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

Zion Lamas was excellent from when he greeted us at the door. Amazing service, as we came in with hopes to get some numbers on an approved vehicle, we left out with a brand new vehicle that we had no idea that we would get approved for that we fell in love with. We are so grateful. Thank you

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

Kian Motors in Plano made my car-buying experience absolutely fantastic! The team was incredibly friendly, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish—no high-pressure tactics, just great service. They offered a fantastic selection of well-maintained used vehicles, provided free CARFAX reports, and worked with me to find the perfect match for my needs. The process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, Hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend Kian Motors to anyone looking for quality cars and exceptional customer care! 5 stars all the way! 🚗✨

scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.
2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. The buying process was simplified. Joe Solomon is an awesome to work with. Highly recommend him. He juggled multiple cars for us to test drive and compare. Not pushy or hard sale.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

Hiley Hyundai of Fort WorthReviews
Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth review
Well, Chris Pringle and Hiley have my utmost respect and support. Communication was exceptional, pressure non-existent. My experience wasn’t like anything in the past. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Chris said repeatedly that he wasn’t with me to sell me a car but to meet my needs and expectations, and he did just that. His probing questions were unobtrusive and made it obvious that he was concerned with what I needed, what I wanted, and was entirely focused on me leaving a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai or a GMC. Chris, you rock! Thanks for such a pleasant experience. Lee Ballard
2024 Kia EV9 review
I already had an EV6 for my wife and fell in love with it. I just needed something a little bigger and wanted full EV. Since it VW been buying primarily Kia since 2007 it was a no brainer to choose the EV9. Price is still a big issue for me so I chose the Light Long Range trim. I get the best range and 98% of all the features I wanted. Unfortunately to get that last 2% would have meant going to the Land trim and that was out of my budget this time. But in getting HDA2, Digital Key 2, all the safety features, 3 rows for 6 passengers, power liftgate, etc. I’ve had mine 3 weeks and already have 2300 miles on it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a 3 row SUV EV.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

Austin e Autos review
We had a great car buying experience at Austin E Auto. We worked with Danny who was good humored and very knowledgeable and no pressure. He was willing to answer all our questions about the cars we were looking at made our car quest probably the best one ever. We had a very smooth trade in experience and drove out with the car we wanted and will recommend Austin E Auto to friends on a car buying adventure. We also recommend Stephanie in the finance department for being equal parts nice and knowledgeable. Now we are looking forward to enjoying our sweet new ride.

Friendly, very communicative, fast — they said the appointment would take up to two hours and they had me out of there in one.
2024 Kia EV9 review
Had EV9 for a week now. I have owned lots of different SUVs -5 different MDXs, a suburban, an Infiniti QX56, an XC90T8, a Navigator, an Expedition- and so far it is my favorite of all. It drives so smooth and FAST, plenty of room- but not so big it is a hassle finding room to park like a suburban can be. The interior is nice for an EV- only EV I have personally seen with nicer interior is ETRON. I do wish interior was more refined but it is nice enough. much prefer EV 9 to the Tesla in every way. The three rows are all usable. I am thrilled to be done with the MDX 18mpg with premium fuel, this car is more fun, bigger, and saving me a ton on gas. The Semi autonomous driving is very good also.
