AutoNation Toyota South AustinReviews
AutoNation Toyota South Austin review
The extended warranty person (Ralf) was rude and unprofessional. At one point he ensured me, guaranteed me, that there is a 75% chance that within 5 years, I would have a major system failure on my new truck! That was when I got up and walked out, fortunately the sales manager intervened! As a seasoned Toyota driver, with multiple Toyota purchases in the past (4th one with this one), I know now reliable Toyota?s are. Other than my experience with Ralf, I?ve had a good experience with the dealership and would return in the future, as long as I didn?t have to deal with jerks (Ralf) trying to sell me something I didn?t want!

Peltier Kia Tyler review
Nashad was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had been to 3 other dealerships but ended back at Peltier Kia because they actually look at the relationship and don't do high pressure sales. Don't get me wrong I understand that you are not going to buy where the dealership loses money! Nashad really is helpful and won't wear out your phone or badger you. He will go far if he keeps this up. Recommend him as well as the sales manager Josh.

Pax was very helpful through the whole ordeal. He was a bit busy at times but that is to be expected. Left with the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price point. They were able to shop around and get an interest rate 2% better than my pre approval from my credit union!! As an out of stater, they treated me very well and I’d recommend them to anyone considering buying from them.

Tasca Mazda Seekonk review
After having been to multiple Toyota and Mazda dealerships I was getting stressed out with how I was being treated. I was either dealing with abrasive and pushy salesmen or salesmen who didn’t try to give a realistic deals. However, my experience with Nuno at Tasca was the complete opposite. He was calm and very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was not pushy at all. I am so happy with my purchase thanks to Nuno.

Lithia Hyundai of FresnoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Fresno review
This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people, they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

Really happy with the experience and would happily recommend Mo and Azeem to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again.
2020 Kia Forte review
I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of SanfordReviews
John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sanford review
I recently purchased a vehicle from John Hiester CDJR of Sanford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy—something that's hard to come by these days. My sales rep, Tajh, went above and beyond to find the perfect car for my needs and budget. They answered all my questions with patience and made the process smooth from start to finish. The financing team also made everything straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend Tajh and team at John Hiester CDJR of Sanford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. This is how car buying should be!
