I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Very roomy for the size, but sits too low to the ground. Everything is plastic. It's definitely a 4 cylinder and acceleration is fair. Very easy to drive, actually fun to drive. Gas mileage is pretty good, about 35 combined - 40 on highway. Only had 4/5 months - 4600 miles. We'll see.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

I recently purchased a new Kia Soul from this dealer. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the entire experience. My salesperson, Ken, was attentive and informative without being pushy. The actual purchase process was very smooth and required little effort on my part. They were very good at truly hearing all of my requirements and concerns and were diligent in ensuring that these were honored to the best of their ability. I live an hour from the dealer, and unlike other dealers in the past, they sequenced the process in a way that I didn???t have to return there repeatedly. When I picked up my car, a very nice and patient young man went over every detail of the car with me. He explained the onboard computer system in detail until I understood it and had no further questions ??? he never once rushed me. The car I traded in for this purchase was from a ???sister??? dealership of theirs, and I was also very happy with them when I purchased that used vehicle. The only thing I found slightly off-putting is that the actual showroom I did business in was physically not welcoming: there were only 2 small tables in the corners. It???s a relatively busy dealership with few salespeople, and while wait times were reasonable, I wasn???t particularly comfortable when I was waiting. Adjacent to this in another building (perhaps the service and parts area?) is a very nice area with refreshments and a children???s room. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Being a single female I dreaded the car shopping experience. I had no time left to put it off so off to the dealership I went. I was greeted promptly by Ken Russian-I explained that I really had no clue what type of car I wanted but I was originally looking for a SUV. We went over my budget and he showed me a few Kias-one was a sedan that I really liked but I wanted to see what else was out there. I then told him I was off to look at other cars. I went to 3 other dealerships where I got the BS car salesman chat and I literally ran back to Kia. I spoke with Ken in more detail about what I was looking for and he came up with the perfect car for me. I took it for a test drive and we made a deal. This was the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. (I also had a trade in that Kia gave a great price for) I also spent sometime talking with Burt (he worked all the numbers for me) and once again I was so impressed by the care that this team has for the people buying/leasing cars and the time they took to make sure it was the right car for me. Next step I went in to sign the papers with David-we were chatting about insurance and how expensive it was and he actually referred me to a local car insurance that saved me almost $30 a month. This dealership is top notch and they are so kind and caring and professional. No beating around the bush with them. They clearly want what is best for the customer and you normally don't find that in dealerships. I am now the proud new mother to a Kia Optima Hybrid and love it.

I dealt with Ken Russian over the phone and was able to get the terms and all fees to purchase the vehicle I wanted . I had already done my research and needed no further input on the Nero PHEV . I had gone through the typical dealer abuse at the biggest dealer in the area and was fully fed up with Kia and was ready to buy another brand . I am glad I gave Lev a shot because they were everything the other dealer was not . Lev matched the price from the other dealer and sold me a vehicle with 3 more options at the same price . I arrived the next day and the car was waiting for me to test drive . Ken gave me all paperwork I would be signing and the time to read it sitting in my car . I went inside and signed the deal and everything went EXACTLY as Ken promised . No surprises and no hidden fees . What breath of fresh air . The dealer in Quincy should take a lesson from Lev on how to sell a car to a serious buyer who doesn't like the crazy sales tactics ! A first time Lev customer but definitely a repeat customer .

Traded in a 2012 I had similar to this car for the 2015 version because I wanted a sunroof. I also liked the color and the fact that it was sporty. Got lots of compliments driving it, was comfortable an really hate to get rid of it because I liked it a lot but trying to purchase either a classic car or a motorbike for the summer plus I really could use the cash!

I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. Great commuter car with fantastic gas mileage

Wow. I bought this vehicle as a replacement to my commuter car that was end of life. It is way more than I expected. Out of the door, it was about 15k with service package. On a good day, this car gets over 40 miles to the gallon! I drive about a hundred miles a day and this car is super comfy. I am 6'1" tall and I fit perfectly fine in this car. There is so much leg room in this car its unreal. The car handles great, gets great gas mileage and is super comfy. I would totally recommend the Kia Forte for anyone who has a long commute.

Working with Amanda Rozario was easy and enjoyable, she walked me through the process beginning to end and was always available for a question or to let me know what was happening. She assisted me in getting a fair trade value for my car and did the haggling for me. She was also able to show me a car that would allow me to remain in a payment bracket that I was comfortable with. The whole team was helpful and professional and treated my business as important and welcome from beginning to end. I had a really outstanding experience with Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough. I live in NH and had been thinking about getting a new car recently to replace my 2008 Eos Lux. I didn't realize they didn't make the Eos anymore, so then I started thinking about a beetle convertible and I came across the Beetle Denim that was just released recently. I only buy white cars and I love convertibles so it seemed like a good fit. I did an Internet search and ended up on truecar.com, and from there I chose the car I wanted, and from there it led me to Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough. Truecar also gave me the best price for the car with no haggling. Rebecca Cunningham from Colonial Volkswagen contacted me via email immediately after I submitted my inquiry and asked for my VIN and pictures of my Eos, gave me a ballpark price for a trade, I then scheduled a test drive. We decided to go Monday at 7PM. As soon as we got there Pierre Saliba was waiting for us so that we could test drive the car. He pulled the car up, put the top down, took a copy of my license, and we then got in and went for a test drive in the area. Pierre was a very nice guy and very easy to work with. He was very knowlegable about Volkswagens and he knew the area very well. When our test drive was over we went back to the dealer and gave them my Eos key so that they could appraise my car for a possible trade. That took maybe 10 minutes for them to come back with a price. I knew the value of my car and the bottom price that I wanted for my car for a trade, and I didn't want to go below that because I knew I could sell it relatively quick. After a few times times going back-and-forth and meeting with a manager, Eric Hofer, we agreed to a trade price, and the price for the new car, and after thinking about it a few minutes I decided to make the deal. The Truecar price didn't include any of the extra options the car had, so those did have to be added to the online quote, but Truecar also gives a discount on the options if you add them to the quote. That was the price I paid and no haggling was needed because it was a very good price. After speaking with finance (Kathryn Gear-very nice) and getting all the paperwork done we were out of there by 8:45 PM. Since I live in NH, they had to drive the car to me and meet me at my Townhall to register the car. They did this on Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday they had to detail the car and also put on the Simoniz Glasscoat that I had purchased. One of their car runners, BilI Thomas, brought the car to my townhall on Wednesday afternoon at noon, he went in with me to do all the paperwork, and exchanged the car license plates. I then asked him if he could take a couple pictures of me with my old car and my new car. He took several. Bill was a very friendly and very nice guy. I then drove the car home and I called Pierre and he asked me to call him after I got out of work and when I was in my car so he could go over some of the features. Around 4:30 I called Pierre and he also went in a Beetle and he went over a lot of the features in my car. It was very helpful! He then told me I could call him anytime I have any questions about my car. Such a nice guy! My husband came home a couple hours later and noticed a ding on one of the fender sides -my heart sank! I sent Pierre a picture of the ding and he called me right away and said they would fix it and not to worry. They sent someone to fix it this week and now it's back to new! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. I highly recommend!

I had put a deposit on truck at another dealer that after 2 weeks was still not ready for me to pick up. So basically I was out of time as my rental was due to be returned. I saw a pre-owned truck on McGee Chevy's website that looked perfect so I headed up there. Todd was my sales person there and not only did he do a great job handling my purchase but for the first time ever I had a good experience buying a truck. Since buying the the truck it had a minor issue and Todd handled it great, making sure the truck got an immediate appointment to have it fixed and followed up to make sure I got it back that day. Great customer service. I will be recommending McGee Chevy and especially Todd to all my friends and family.

My Boyfriend and I came in to look at used Ford Edge (2013) and were welcome by a wonderful salesman by the name of Derek Paquette. He is a very spontaneous and wonderfully helpful, he has made us laugh and joked with us and made us feel very welcome and like we were family. He had the Edge warmed up and prepared when we came in, and was very helpful with answering all our questions. The financial services representative Kathryn was very lovely and helpful, she saved us 16% off of our interest for our car payment and was very happy to do so. She laid everything out and explained it all to us in a way we would understand and it was just over all a fantastic experience. 5/5 will come back!
