Unbelievable service when and where it counts.

I am leasing my 2013 Kia from here (and will buy it at end of contract) and recently had a problem with 2 tires that required service and the use of my tire warranty. Because I don't live or work close to Herb Chambers Kia, I had it towed to York Kia of Medford - HUGE MISTAKE! It took York Kia 46 hours to tell me that (1) they didn't have the tires in stock and (2) it didn't really matter because they aren't certified by the tire warranty company to get reimbursed for the tires or the work. I was devastated and furious that they waited so long to look at the warranty paperwork (faxed to them last night). Enter Julian Aguirre, the salesman at Herb Chambers who had leased me the car 36 months ago. Within 3 minutes of talking on the phone, Julian had a resolution to my problem and took me from a 9.5 stress level to a .5. Kia Roadside Assistance is towing the car from York Kia to Herb Chambers Kia as I type. Julian said he will call me when it arrives sometime tonight and will let me know first thing when it's done tomorrow. I've been regretting, of late, purchasing a vehicle from a dealer who lives so far from me, but Julian just reminded me of why I chose Herb Chambers of Burlington in the first place and why, even if it's inconvenient to continue my service needs post-lease with Herb Chambers, their honesty, care, and level of service deserves my loyalty.
