Kings KiaReviews
Kings Kia review
Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!

JTs Kia of Rock HillReviews
JTs Kia of Rock Hill review
It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

They always do a great job at Kia. Marshall was very helpful always telling you what’s best for your car, and he always explains the job before and after the service. Sometimes when I bring my car in I sit there all day, not happy about that. Especially when it was just an inspection that was last year 2025 other then that no problem.😌

Southern Kia Virginia BeachReviews
Southern Kia Virginia Beach review
This review is for the best salesman ever Chance Moore. Our sale was so smooth, calming, done with professionalism and excellene. My husband & I were the 1st to get there before they opened and to our excitement they had a Kia EV6 electric. We test drove I fell in love & bought it. Chance Moore is the salesperson to ask for he went over everything that I needed to learn about the car, even when Kia Connect was down he kept trying and I had to tell him it's okay I will come back but he would not give up trying to get me connected, I'm like I'll be back. His patience and perseverance was touching to my heart and soul; the fact he cared enough about me as a customer going beyond even having another salesman take care of me on his day off. The manager Joe Miller is TOP NOTCH, this manager don't sit behind the desk looking foolish, like he hates his job. He is approachable, professional, friendly and his smile plus positive energy. I give Southern Kia Lynnhaven- Virginia Beach 10 stars. Chance Moore, Joe Miller and the other salesman that was excited for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience with our new vehicle. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will posting this on every review I can find to promote this location. WOW WOW WOW!

Kia of North Austin review
I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

Greenway Kia at the Avenues review
Hands down the best place in town!! The people are kind, understanding, and go above and beyond to make the process as painless and easy as possible. I highly recommend going to see these guys, especially Kelton Powell. I went in today hopeless, overwhelmed, and completely devastated with what I had going on with my old car. I just knew I was completely out of luck and was in a freaked out state of mind. He immediately comforted me, let me know everything was going to be okay, and got straight to work helping fix a situation he didn’t create! He is not only a great salesman, he’s a genuinely great guy. He was my hero today and I will be forever grateful to him. He - or anyone in there - will take excellent care of you! Ladies, no talking down to me, no mansplaining, and pure respect from every man I met in that dealership. It was truly a pleasure buying my car which I can honestly say has never been the case before today! Best part? NO dealer fee! I didn’t even know that was a possibility! Go talk to them, even if you think you don’t qualify - give them a chance! They worked miracles for me!

Airport KiaReviews
Airport Kia review
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I have consistently experienced at your dealership. Since 2020, I have been purchasing Kia vehicles, and what keeps me coming back to Airport Kia of Naples is the exemplary service provided by your team. In particular, I want to commend Mike Dent, the General Manager, whose leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Additionally, Andres Cuesta, the product specialist, deserves special recognition. His extensive knowledge and expertise with Kia products were instrumental in addressing all of my questions and concerns before purchasing my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX. Andres provided a thorough and informative walkthrough of the redesigned Telluride, highlighting all its features in a way that made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. The professionalism, patience, and genuine care exhibited by the entire staff created an environment that is welcoming, pressure-free, and family-oriented. Furthermore, the dealership itself is always impeccably clean and organized, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time I visit. This combination of excellent management, knowledgeable sales staff, and a well-maintained facility has earned my trust and loyalty. I am thrilled with my new Telluride and look forward to continuing my relationship with Airport Kia of Naples in the future. Thank you once again to everyone at Airport Kia and the entire staff for making every visit a positive experience. Warm regards,

Joe Myers KiaReviews
Joe Myers Kia review
Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. I purchased all three of them in one month for my children in 2020. The lack of customer appreciation shown to me has been disappointing. Therefore, I plan to remain a loyal customer of Joe Meyer Kia. I appreciate the dealership taking care of my family and me. Thank you, Albert Martinez U.S. Army Veteran
