Danny Nguyen from House of Import replied my request with 3 2026 glc300 model/sale price options around 7:30am; it's very impressive. We went to the House of Import in that morning and met Danny. Danny and his team took us around the lot to check out the available 2026 glc300s. My wife selected the one she likes and back to Danny's office. It took about 30 mins to finalize the price and starting the process; Danny and his teammates is the most effective team I have even seen. We are very happy to purchase our new car from House of Import on the same day, especially with the amazing service from Danny and his team. Danny emailed to check if we have any questions and need any help after the sale; it's the first time I had experienced more than 15 new car purchases from the past. unbelievably, I have not gotten any 2026 glc300 model/price proposals from other 2 MB dealers since. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
2021 Kia K5 review
I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

2021 Kia K5 review
A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.
