AutoNation Honda Costa MesaReviews
AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
Overall, a relatively painless process - the price was fair, the trade-in was slightly low but fair. The salesman - Christian - and the closer - Omar - were competent and personable. Drawbacks - the ear-splitting volume and choice of the "background" music was distracting and off-putting; the persistent press to extended warranty and various coverages was relentless despite a clear statement of disinterest.

Southern Buick GMC Virginia Beach review
I had a appointment schedule they were slow to get started and the young lady to check me out took forever. She wasn't sure of what she was doing. Not really friendly.
2021 Kia K5 review
I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

2023 Kia K5 review
I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

The alternator on my wife's Kia gave up on a Friday afternoon. We had it towed to Step One, where Zach saw to it that it was diagnosed on Monday and fixed by Tuesday. The quick turnaround was important because we were 800 miles from home and at the end of our vacation. Many thanks Zach!

Tracy Volkswagen review
I had such a great experience leasing my new car at Tracy Volkswagen! From the beginning, Dean was so patient, kind, and positive. He never made me feel pressured and always treated me with respect. He really went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted, and I truly appreciate everything he did to make it happen. The Sales Manager was also amazing. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience! If you’re looking for a new car, definitely stop by Tracy Volkswagen and ask for Dean. You’ll be in good hands! 🚗❤️

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.

The Internet Car LotReviews
The Internet Car Lot review
The process for purchasing this car was very smooth and no pressure sales. The salesperson (Natalie) was very helpful in locating available cars in the price range we were looking at. It took very little time for financing qualifications to be reviewed and accepted. The financing agent was also helpful in explaining all the financial details. From the time we entered to look at a vehicle to the time that we drove off the lot with the purchase was less than an hour and a half.

2024 Kia K5 review
Leased a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and we loved it! Our lease was up this year and a week ago we purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT- Line. We love everything about this car, the style, the color (wolf grey) leather seat, heated steering wheel and seat plus more! Went to Kia of Darmouth and had a great experience with Keith B- he helped us in 2021 as well.

Gale Toyota review
This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless. To us that says a lot about his character and makes us always wants to go through him to get a vehicle. We highly recommend Derrick to anyone.

2021 Kia K5 review
I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Kia of Cerritos review
I had a wonderful experience communicating this dealership recently. Even though I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, the team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. There was absolutely no sales pressure, which made my browsing experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions via texts and emails. Also, gave me the space to make my own decision. I highly recommend this Kia Cerritos to anyone looking for a relaxed, professional car-shopping experience!

Cars Land review
I had an excellent experience at this dealership. They were focused and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Howie was helpful rather than pushing a sale. The entire process was quick and smooth, transparent. The car was exactly as advertised, and the team made sure I understood every detail before driving off. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress‑free, honest buying experience.
