The title says it all. I never get pressured by the sales or finance people. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. And I was in and out in 2.5 hours including test driving to signing the papers. Steve and Miguel were fantastic.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I went in looking for a used car something good on gas and talked to Carlos, he was very informative and worked well with my budget got me situated in a car I really enjoy, definitely coming back to him

Been a 3 time moritz customer for 10+ years now There service department is cheaper than independent shops & corporate shops (Firestone, pep boys, etc) plus Moritz knows my vehicle best because they only work on my brand. Did I mention that I solely trust them with my 75 year old moms automotive needs? If that doesn't sum up my love for moritz I don't know what will!!!

Everyone was a pleasure to work with! I highly William and Ralph on the Used Car side. I was coming to them from Louisiana, they made sure to have the car detailed and filled with gas when I got there. They also worked to get things done as quick as possible, being they knew I was traveling.
The entire staff at southwest kia was great. From cynthia to rapheal to William, all 3 were awesome and friendly. We showed up at 8pm and raphael didn't rush us into buying anything we couldn't afford and took his time in explaining the process to us. Unlike other dealerships who don???t give you a second to browse, Southwest Kia lets you browse and take your time to look for the vehicle you want. No hassle not pushy, but overall good service.
