I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

We purchased a Niro EV in May and had a really good experience with the Sales Team. Unfortunately there was a problem with the charging and we had to bring it back several days later to get worked on. Jessica was our Sevice Representative and she was very sweet and professional. It took awhile for the problem to be fixed but Lionel (the Service Manager) ensured that we had a loaner for the time that our car was in the shop. The GM, Joe Fernandez, was involved every step of the way. We felt that the Clay Cooley Kia team had our best interests at all times.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

My experience there was a good one, customer service was awesome and it is a long process to buy a vehicle but they made it go by quickly. Finance officer was awesome as well. They need to clean up the showroom its old and needs a deep cleaning
