I've been through a lot of car deals, but this recent experience at Doggett had to have been the smoothest I've experienced. I found the truck I wanted online, sent an interest card in, and within 15 minutes I got a text from Samuel. I was pretty upfront that I wasn't interested in the typical dealer dance and knew how the deal needed to work for me. We texted the basic structure of the deal out before coming down. I came in the next morning and met with Sarah to take a test drive. They had it out and ready. I needed to make a meeting down south by noon and they were very respectful of that. They had the deal and truck ready to go when I came back later in the evening with my trade. Finance was personable and easy with Daniel. Well done Doggett and team - in a world with dwindling customer service, y'all nailed it.
2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

bought a 2024 Sorento xline cpo after a couple of fixes ie., rear air shocks and backup camera was showing green only, the service dept. finally took care after 4 chances. im going to change the low profile tires as soon as I can for a smoother ride. o do love the car. I?m not one to leave reviews online when I have bad experiences , non the less when I have a good one BUT I really feel my experience at Cook Ford and giving appreciation to Eric Osorio(sell?s guy) and Tania Brown(finance manager) is well worth what little time I have to get on here and leave them a review. I bought my 2022 F150 on Nov 22nd just before Thanksgiving. I?m a man of little free time when I?m off work and was in somewhat desperate need of a truck. With thanksgiving being only 2 days away I was stressed enough not knowing if I?d be home for the holiday or stuck on a train at work so I had that to add on to my stress. Just as I pulled into the parking lot rain started to pour down. I took that as a bad luck sign. I felt as if I was going to walk into the dealer and be rushed,forced and pressured into buying something I didn?t really want at a price I felt was over priced. Eric Osorio made me feel the complete opposite of that. I didn?t go in with a certain truck in mind,I just knew I needed one. Rain was still pouring and he did not hesitate one bit to go outside in the pouring rain and walk the whole lot with me till I found the truck I wanted. Never complained about the rain nor made any bothered faces about me taking my time to look at their inventory. So we walk back in and start discussing numbers as well as a vehicle trade in as I was going to trade in a Ford Explorer I had. Was nervous because I never traded a vehicle in. He made the whole process seem like a walk in the park and was able to work with the Cook Ford manager on giving me a better offer for my Explorer than I had in mind. Everything just seemed like it was going too good based on my passed experience at a previous Ford dealer back in 2019. Across the hall from Eric was the Finance Manager (Tania Brown). She was previously helping out another client as Eric was wrapping up all the paperwork I needed to sign. As Eric was finishing I could see a young lady in her early 20?s with her mom walking out Tania?s office with a big smile. That gave me somewhat of a stress reliever. Just as Eric introduces me to Tania and it?s my turn to walk in and go through the final finance process with Tania her lunch was getting delivered via grubhub. Being that I spend a lot of time away from home and don?t really get to sit down with my family at the dinner table every day/night Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner time is sacred to me when I am home with my wife and son of 2yrs old. So I told Tania that I didn?t mind waiting outside while she ate her hot meal that had just been delivered. She told me it was fine and that she could wait till she got done with me. This made me feel like now she was going to rush me out of there and not give me the same impeccable service I received from Eric Osorio so I told her once more that I didn?t mind waiting but she insisted in helping me still. To my surprise miss Tania Brown made me feel just as comfortable as when I was dealing with Eric. She didn?t try to force me into getting anything I wasn?t really looking for in a warranty package. To be honest the price of the truck and monthly payment I was going to have was a bit more than I wanted but they were both able to give me a good deal on my trade in,new truck price and final financing. So much so that I was able to walk out with just the monthly payment and overall final financing price I was hoping for. Tania Brown really helped ALOT with getting me the perfect balance of warranty protection for my new truck. She was such a kind hearted person that I even shaved personally family business with her(in a good way,no negative stuff)and that?s something I don?t do even with my close friends. She even shared information about programs and events that will be fun and helpful to my wife,son and I. I drove in on a rainy day and gut feeling of bad luck and drove out feeling as if I just left Sunday service. I can?t help but say that Eric and Tania?s teamwork was top tier and 2nd to none! TY!
2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2023 Kia Sorento review
I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2018 Kia Sorento review
Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

2022 Kia Telluride review
If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

2014 Kia Sorento review
2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.
