Genesis of Edmond has an absolutely incredible dealership. I walked in to just drive a G70 and compare the 2.5 to the 3.3T. I pulled up front and was immediately invited into the showroom to discuss the car I was looking for. A sales manager brought me Tobin and we set out to look at the lot. Tobin was new to the dealership but has a passion for cars we were able to look around at the lot and had a great chat about the different cars. For the rest drive Tobin grabbed the keys while I waited inside out of the heat. He showed me a lot of great features and gave me time to test out on my own. When we returned I had definitely decided on the 3.3T, we went over basic numbers on the car I wanted. Noah went over numbers with me and we landed on pricing, Steven wrapped up financing. When paperwork was done, Tobin had my car inside their amazing delivery bay. We went over final steps and features, snapped a photo with the bow on the car, and drove off happy! It was easy to check out the vehicles I came in for, offices were nice and comfortable, and their interior showroom and lobby is absolutely luxury. Never felt pressured and every question was quickly answered. Absolutely amazing customer service and I would recommend anyone check them out!

2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The car over all is good, but the technology package is terrible! It is inconsistent connecting to iPhone, can’t use push button or voice feature for calling without manually pulling up number from phone, difficulty switching between Sirus XM and apple play. No touch screen and cumbersome to use. Also, may be petty, but for the price the 2019 should have power mirrors. Wish I had shopped other luxury makes before purchasing.

I am 76 years old and I had a super cherry 2021 Audi S5 Cabriolet that was soooo hard for me to get in and out of. Also I was driving too fast so I really wanted a more normal relaxing car. Jeannie helped me to get another $4,000 for my trade in. She was very patient and kind and professional with her explanations. If I was a billionaire, I think I would buy a car from her every day. If you want a sports car, my Audi is available from Carmax and there is nothing wrong with it. It is beautiful, grey with a fantastic red interior. Real leather. Top trim level and looks brand new. The Lexus does not disappoint. I can get in and out OK and I drive much more sensibly.

2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices
