I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

They made the whole process so smooth and hassle free my salesperson was awesome he did the put any pressure or on me and made it really easy i got to take my car home the second day!! I purchased a new 2023 GX460 two weeks ago, and it is a fabulous SUV. I did get two Key Fobs, so it depends on when you get the car. I traded a 2020 RX350, and believe it or not, the GX is super quiet, and more so than the RX350. I have the Premium Plus with Sport package, and it is super good looking, and I get compliments on it all the time. I do recommend the sport package, it has nice exterior upgrades . The Mark Levinson stereo is fabulous. The tried and true v8 with the 4 speed automatic trans is wonderful, smooth sailing. The MPG is really not far off from the RX350 with the v6. I'm average about two miles to the gallon different, around 16 in town , with 22 on the highway. Not bad for a heavy vehicle. While some reviews tend to knock the rear tail gate opening that opens to the side, I love it, and a big plus is that you can raise the back window ! Not many SUV's do that ! The GX460 is built in one of the best factories in Japan, the Tahara plant. The fit and finish is perfect. Everything lines up, the paint is beautiful ! This is one of the best cars I have ever owned, if not the best ! I highly recommend the GX460 !

Super comfortable SUV/Truck with plenty of room! Coming from leasing German SUVs previously, this Lexus is a welcomed change. Wish V8 engine wasn’t such a gas guzzler around town, but it’s a great trade off for the smooth transmission and highway ride. With limited auto stock currently available , we’re happy we bit the bullet and quickly purchased. It’s a keeper! We now understand why so many claim “Lexus for Life!”

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

Took my 2004 RX330 in to have the dash replaced under an enhanced warranty program. They replaced the dash in 2 days free of charge and a free loaner car. J. Ramirez was the service agent and he was a true professional. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership in my lifetime and I am 56 yo.

This is a very comfortable car and is great for trips. It has a tremendous amount of room for luggage. The V8 also makes it great for driving around town.

Purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna van in September 2024. Could NOT have been happier with this dealer. 1. I am an out-of-state buyer (Kentucky). Every 4 or 5 years I buy a later model used vehicle from Florida or Texas. Classic Chevrolet has been one of the best experiences to date. They picked me up at the DFW airport (they are 10 minutes away) and had me on the road in an hour. The paperwork can take time (not their fault - Texas takes a lot of time to process the title) but the 60 day temporary Texas tag means you can use the vehicle why you wait. And Texas does NOT collect sales tax for out of state buyers, you pay at your state when you get the title. NICE. 2. Easily the LOWEST dealer fees of ANY on-line seller as I shopped and got prices. Some dealers wanted close to $2,000 over advertised price, Classic's fees were about $500. SUPER reasonable. 3. The vehicle was in fantastic condition. Their used car prep was super. They even sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. 4. This is a HUGE Chevrolet dealer. As a Kentuckian, where we build Corvettes, I think I counted over 15 in stock NEW Corvettes in the sales area where I was processing my purchase. Apart from the Bowling Green plant, I have never seen so many new Corvettes in one place. 5. The staff were super friendly. Big shout out to Thomas Payne my sales guy. Retired army Master Sergeant. Had a great conversation while waiting for the business department to process my paperwork. Thank you for your service Thomas and for being such a gracious sales person. I highly recommend this seller, and would buy another vehicle from them if they had what I wanted.

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

If your looking for reliable then this is it , but it’s the last model year before a refresh , new tech and better fuel mileage surely will come with a V 6 twin turbo in the next model . On a scale of 1-10 I give it a solid 8.5
