Pohanka LexusReviews
Pohanka Lexus review
I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!

Toyota of Greensboro review
Toyota of Greensboro is the best. Greg Moore was my salesman he done a fantastic job today getting me in my new 2026 Rav4. He is very smart and knowledgeable all while being understanding of my needs. I went in today for a service job and came home with a new car. I am definitely happy and grateful for Greg he stayed and made sure I got all setup with linking my car and phone. What really stood out about him he wasn't in a rush just to make a sell He really took his time and I appreciate that. He made me comfortable in making my decision . I can not Thank him enough

Lexus of Tucson - On Speedway review
Todd Hollander made my purchase of a new RX 350h as smooth as the ride the car gives. From the initial dealership visit to my pickup day Todd gave me in-depth information and was focused on my needs and wants. The checkout process was facilitated and made effortless by Brianna Bruhn who was both professional and friendly. A Great Team at Lexus of Tucson on Speedway - Thanks!

2023 Lexus IS 500 review
IS 500 has a great V8, stylish exterior and is reasonable value given Lexus reputation for quality and durability. Two complaints - the car is hampered by a weak 8 speed transmission. The 10 speed linked to the same V8 in the SC is so much better, the 8 speed shifts clunky and slow, struggles at times to make its gear choice and makes you want to manually shift it to overcome weaknesses. The second issue - and if you have done any research you already know - is the infotainment system. I would not buy the LC because not only does that model have the terrible touch pad, but is NOT touch screen. The IS 500 is slightly better with touch screen. Examples - in stop and go traffic the screen jumps between the map and the radar, good luck hanging up the phone (embarrassing) or easily getting to contacts. After nearly a month of daily effort to use the touch pad I am near admitting defeat. Pitiful. BUT the car is quiet, handles well, is built well with good materials and certainly has nice styling. Just be prepared and when the saleman tells you will learn the touch pad quickly doesn't drive what he is selling.

Chevy Chase AcuraReviews
Chevy Chase Acura review
Chevy Chase Acura was on my insurance company recommended body shop list which was great because I like to use a body shop related to my brand of vehicle (Honda) and they also performed scheduled maintenance on my vehicle I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle and everyone was pleasantly accommodating. I highly recommend their service and body shop departments for your vehicle. By the way I used to be a Chevy Chase Chevrolet customer the Acura dealership replaced.

My experience was good overall. We had a fast transaction and didn't have time for any extra flair, however our trade in process was seamless and turnaround was quick. Adam was a kind and knowledgeable sales rep who was passionate about the brand.

Aaron was great to work with. The car buying experiencing was fast, easy and flexible. We drove from a great distance and we were able to get exactly what we had spoken to Aaron about over the phone. After the test drive it only took about 15 minutes to be on our way. The car had been cleaned and detailed well. I would recommend a visit. Ask to speak with Aaron.

CJS bought a used 2013 Honda Accord 1/31/24, it only has 34,000 miles. It is his first car and was happy with the deal he got. Mark was the salesman that went out of his way to help him out. My husband and I, happily took him there after he found an add for the car, because we had made a previous purchase of a new car there a couple years ago that we are very happy with👍Such a friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Again Desert Lexus
