My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

2020 Lexus NX 300 review
The color combination is what I was looking for and this vehicle is fully loaded with the latest safety/technology features. Smooth ride, great sounding radio, quiet cabin, pre-collision system, lane departure alert with steering assist, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, voice command. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.

It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. It is because of their clear commitment to providing their guests with consistently great experiences with sales consultants, managers, and service advisors. 2021 Lexus NX 300 review
My wife. and I purchased a Lexus NX 300 in October of 2021. We absolutely love this vehicle as this is our very first Luxury car, I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for class and value.

I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better.
