Greg Powell is amazing! Best salesman I've ever worked with in my many car purchases! He's friendly, personable, and most importantly not pushy!!! They're in Arlington which is a bit of a drive from Cleburne, but I wasn't happy with the treatment I received the one time I visited the Mazda dealership in Fort Worth, and with the deal they were offering on a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 it was worth it to go check them out. And I'm very glad that I did!!!

When my car was totaled last year, I was very skeptical at the thought of having to purchase another one, having made bad choices in the past. Haggling over price, rushed to buying what I didn't like was not what I needed. I had never been to Sewell Lexus before and was a little intimidated at first. Right away I was greeted with smiles which made me more comfortable. The 2 sales guys that assisted me Joe & Dillon, also 2 of the most impressive people I have ever met. I was given a complete car history, a explanation of the vehicle features and how to maintain it in detail. All my questions were answered completely and honestly and I was truly certain this was the vehicle for me and daily life. After being given an amazing purchase price, a detailed explanation of everything and excellent customer service , again they went above and beyond and offered my free car washes for as long as would own my car. WOW! I hate washing or cleaning my car!! I purchased my car along with their platinum extended warranty the very same day! I have never been more pleased with a car purchase EVER. They made my car buying and experience I will never forget and past year and a half of owning my car very enjoyable!!!! Thank you Guys!!

The fact that they were willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy even after the purchase was completed made my new 2016 GS 200T purchase a 5-star experience. Special thanks to their New Car Director Corey Hawkins for this. This kind of behavior will make everyone in my family go back to Lexus, and Sewell Lexus at Fort Worth in particular, when they will look for their next car. It was also a pleasure dealing with Brad Coker, Shane Nelson and Courtney Jones during the car buying process. Lexus Customer Service was also very cooperative and willing to help in every way they could. Love my new car!

Very pleasant buying process. Non-pushy sales process. Eric M. who handles internet sales was very easy to deal with. Had the car ready out front when I dropped in. I was not planning on buying that evening, but the car turned out to be a great fit for me and we were able to negotiate a good price. The whole sales team were very pleasant, and I appreciated their patience, staying late on a Saturday, well past closing. I bought from Sewell knowing their amazing customer service and they did not let me down.
On Friday, 6/15/18 my husband and I purchased our 2nd ES 350 from Sewell Lexus of Dallas. My 2007 ES 350 Lexus had 250,000 miles and I never had to do any major repairs. Throughout the 12 years of the 2007 vehicle, I visited Sewell Lexus service many times for routine maintenance/ware & tear and I always received SUPREME service. It didn’t matter who the service advisor was because they are all very professional and they all go out of their way to provide the very best service.
