I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.

Comfortable. Nice handling.
Lots of bells and whistles in the options area but would not put them on if I bought it new. Drawback-height of console makes buckling seatbelt difficult

This car met all my needs. Only reason I traded was I needed depreciation for my business. The body style and ease of driving was amazing.
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. I love it. Its very good in the snow extremely reliable and the most comfortable ride I have ever had. I would recommend this car to my friends and family.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

We wanted a well appointed, comfortable riding and driving, excellent safety features car. My son owns a ES-300 and my cousin owns a RX 350 and has had many years of excellent owner experience with their Lexus vehicles. The RX 350 was our first choice in the various models because we like it's mid sized SUV styling and features. We are very pleased with our purchase and believe we will have many years of reliable service from this vehicle. We subscribe to Consumer Reports and the RX 350 has top level reviews documented in new and used vehicles.
Joe Rys was fantastic to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and got to know us personally. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new vehicle as well as the process. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car.

This car is great for road trips or errands around town. It is just an easy car to drive. The controls are easy to access and the keyless entry makes getting in and out of the car a breeze.Very reliable so there is no need to worry about being stranded.
Everyone I worked with went out of their way to make sure I was happy. We discovered a problem with the used vehicle I purchased and they worked very hard to resolve it. I would do business with this dealership for future purchases.

Noisy and legroom

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
The second vehicle we???ve purchased from Lexus of Wayzata since we relocated out of state. They make it incredibly easy to do long distance and I would highly recommend the team here for purchasing a Lexus. We???ve been customers of Lexus of Wayzata since 2005.

Lexus quality is going downhill. This is a new car with abt 2000 miles many attempts to dealers and Lexus to repair the issue without success.
Their answer is that this is normal characteristic of this ca. We tested another similar rx350 with no such issue. Found out from lemon law lawyer that there is lawsuit against Lexus for similar issue.
Being in a service related field myself, I felt I made the right decision in the vehicle and where I purchased from because of the service provided by Matt Saunders and Wendy. Had great conversations with both, as they were attentive to what I was looking for.

We previously owned a 2004 and 2010 RX, Both were great, the '10 RX350 had 111K mi when we sold it, and looked/drove new. Absolutely no repairs since new. Purchased a '16 RX350 w/most options. $52K sticker. Bought it on the internet based on great past Lexus/Toyota experience. The car looked great, but drove terribly. Always hesitated from start, then took off like a rocket- almost impossible to accelerate slowly. Worst was constant groaning at idle and lower speed- slight vibration as well. Cruise control was worthless- even on lowest sensitivity setting it would slow down way too early, then do nothing for a few beats, then abruptly take off. Very jerky, and dangerous. Hands free tailgate never worked, nor did voice activated navigation- system never got what we said. Sold the car at a huge loss to CarMax. Would consider a '16+ RX450h hybrid- different engine and transmission- but I am disappointed in Lexus- our '16 RX350 was a real loser.
Shea was really helpful to not just myself, but a friend of mine as well. I came to the dealership wanting to know what I needed to trade my car for a new one and he made me felt like my opinion matters and was very engaging and knowledgeable.
My 3rd RX350 because it's an excellent automobile.

Meets my needs well and is well crafted and reliable. The only improvement I'd like to see is to eliminate the "post car wash drip". I drive off and water marks stain both sides of the car. I believe the water comes from the exterior rear view mirrors, that aren't sealed at the base well enough. Also, water comes down from the rear spoiler and water spots are left on the rear window and tailgate. I have to do a post car wash/car wash to get rid of all these water marks .
fast and friendly, great service and they go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and comfy. they have snacks for you too
The amenities are over the top.
