The “purchasing a new car experience” was made as simple and easy as possible by Reid and the entire Priority Lexus Team. I highly recommend Reid and Priority.
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond review
After owning several top-shelf Mercedes and 50 other cars, the experience at Sheehy Lexus (RVA) was far and away better than M-B! From sales(Jacob Blackmon) to service and post-purchase (Meagan Payne), they were courteous, professional and judicious with my time. They are superior in every way, including LC500 I bought to anything anywhere near the price point! BRAVO Sheehy Lexus
2015 Lexus RX 450h review
I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

Action Auto Sales and Finance Inc. review
Bought a car a month prior, at a different dealership, what a nightmare. Coming here was a breath of fresh air, when it comes to buying a car. From the test drive, to the nitty gritty of crunching numbers. Was a smooth fast process. Keaton was very attentive, and made us feel comfortable. The financing guy was very clear and open with the breaking down the cost. I recommend the Lehi location!

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Madison and Kim in sales. Out of the gate we found them to be pleasurable to work with. My wife is small , so finding a car to fit her is a challenge. Madison was determined to find one, and she did. Kim made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and we closed. The paperwork to closed happened faster and smoother than any closing I've been involved in. The finance dept wAs very nice while the tech lady explained all the bells and whistles. All in all we were in and out on closing day in less than 2 hours. The entire team are first class and made the experience fun. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus in Ft Wright Ky

Lexus of Wichita review
Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I have owned 3 RX Hybrids. Comfortable, quiet and solid performance. I am always amazed at how long the regenerative brakes last - the first two lasted over 120K miles and probably went longer but I traded in these cars ~120 mile mark for a new RX. The only issue I have had was with my last RX - the suspension started scrunching after 40K. The regional Lexus rep was of ZERO help - basic response to my concern was "is there any detrimental impact to the car's driving? If not, it is your problem". The dealership (Lexus of Bellevue) stood behind the car and replaced the entire suspension for minimal cost. My new Lexus RX450h has just crossed over the 40K mile mark and all is going well. I highly recommend the car and the dealership.

CarMax Indianapolis review
My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. Giving up his vehicle was emotional for my F-I-L, Denidra made the process as painless as possible and made him feel special. Job well done. Thank you Denidra.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
I just purchased this vehicle used, of course :)), love mostly everything about it. However the leather seats are cracked and the seats are not as plush as one would expect. I just got rid of my 2006 Lexus RX 400h and my seats were not cracked at all and severely comfortable, as if you were sitting on a leather couch. I read a lot of reviews about this model car and saw a few of them on various car lots before my purchase and my complaint about the cracked seats is experienced by many lexus rx 400h owners of my similar year. The quality of the leather is different than the previous models. Lexus definitely dropped the ball on this! One lady mentioned having her same year and model garage kept and even covered the seats with towels to prevent the sun from damaging the seats, however after 7 months of owning her car at the hefty price tag of $50k she is left with cracked seats and Lexus unable to help her because the seats are not covered in the warranty etc. The car drives wonderful. Looks great! I get a lot of compliments on it, esp the color (burgundy w/brown seats). I love my experience so far but hate my seats current condition. So why buy it right? I know. Truth is the car has a lot of potential. This issue was on so many of this modem, I just chose to hang in there with the purchase ... bought through Carvana. The car was delivered to my front door without physically seeing it. I had 7 lousy days to return it for another but I just paused and saw chose to see the overall good in the car vs the cosmetic defect that after researching was prevalent in this model.

Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

2020 Lexus RX 450h review
I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

Excellent My service agent Manuel took good care of everything. No I do not need 25 words. Don?t say please and then not let the submit work.

I have never bought a car this fast and easy. I sent Neeman the car I was interested in. We agreed on all the details, he had the paperwork ready and car cleaned and detailed for me when I got there. I was in and out. Thank you so much.

It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

2016 Lexus RX 450h review
I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.
