Lexus of LouisvilleReviews
Lexus of Louisville review
I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

I love the ability to customize the settings of my Lexus. The 450h is so quiet you can"t even tell it is running when it is in park and the miles per gallon is a great savings.

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

Paul was a great service advisor when I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my vehicle. The videos and documents he provided to me while I was waiting for my vehicle, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very friendly employees at this Lexus dealership and excellent customer service overall.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

Bergstrom Lexus of MadisonReviews
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
I just purchased this vehicle used, of course :)), love mostly everything about it. However the leather seats are cracked and the seats are not as plush as one would expect. I just got rid of my 2006 Lexus RX 400h and my seats were not cracked at all and severely comfortable, as if you were sitting on a leather couch. I read a lot of reviews about this model car and saw a few of them on various car lots before my purchase and my complaint about the cracked seats is experienced by many lexus rx 400h owners of my similar year. The quality of the leather is different than the previous models. Lexus definitely dropped the ball on this! One lady mentioned having her same year and model garage kept and even covered the seats with towels to prevent the sun from damaging the seats, however after 7 months of owning her car at the hefty price tag of $50k she is left with cracked seats and Lexus unable to help her because the seats are not covered in the warranty etc. The car drives wonderful. Looks great! I get a lot of compliments on it, esp the color (burgundy w/brown seats). I love my experience so far but hate my seats current condition. So why buy it right? I know. Truth is the car has a lot of potential. This issue was on so many of this modem, I just chose to hang in there with the purchase ... bought through Carvana. The car was delivered to my front door without physically seeing it. I had 7 lousy days to return it for another but I just paused and saw chose to see the overall good in the car vs the cosmetic defect that after researching was prevalent in this model.

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

Lexus of PortlandReviews
Lexus of Portland review
I had an exceptional experience with Slava and Lexus of Portland. From the very beginning, Slava was incredibly communicative, attentive, and professional. He truly listened to what I was looking for, set reasonable expectations, and guided me through every step of the process—often answering my questions before I even asked. Because I was traveling from out of state during a holiday week, flexibility was key. Slava gave me plenty of time to plan pickup, which made the process stress-free. Lexus of Portland arranged airport transportation and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The dealership experience felt truly luxurious, complete with snacks, beverages, and a beautifully prepared vehicle with a bow, ready for a test drive. Slava took us on a drive to demonstrate the GX’s features and made everything easy to understand. We also worked with a tech specialist who helped personalize the vehicle and showed us even more features. Paperwork was quick and seamless, and we were on the road in no time. Even after the purchase, Slava and Lexus of Portland have continued to follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. I was waitlisted with seven different Lexus dealerships, and they were by far the best to work with. I cannot recommend Slava and Lexus of Portland highly enough.
2010 Lexus RX 450h review
This car checks off all of the boxes for me when it comes to luxury and comfort. This car is my second Lexus RX hybrid and it will be hard to get me to buy a different one.

CarMax Hulen MallReviews
CarMax Hulen Mall review
My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Porsche BeavertonReviews
Porsche Beaverton review
After 30+ years of wanting to own a Porsche I finally "joined the club" last week after finding the right one at Porsche Beaverton. The sales team of Chris and Ruben were great from showing me the right cars, letting me test drive a few, highlighting the key features of the 2025 718 Boxter GTS 4.0 I selected and then clearly going over all the paper work and options for the sale. The prep team was also great with Gee getting the car ready for me to drive it off two days later with the add-ons I desired. Excellent support from start to finish for this very happy 1st time Porsche owner by the entire Porsche Beaverton team!
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Love this car! People compliment it as if it were new. Comfortable, good mileage, luxurious. Am I getting the new version of this same vehicle? Absolutely. I have owned 3 of these consecutively.

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
The Sales experience at Lexus of Towson was fantastic. From the beginning of our arrival to the Front Desk to the sales person to the head of Sales, everyone was absolutely wonderful as well as the person who did the financing and financial arrangements. Also, the technical people were quite helpful in helping my wife to understand the complexities of a new car with a lot of New Innovations. The car itself is absolutely amazing and it’s the first Lexus we’ve owned and we will definitely buy many more in the future.

Easy to communicate with and great service. Great to have a dealer with clear expectations on the service they provide.

Smooth ride, incredible sound system. Comfortable seats with both heat and cooling. Will be great in summertime. The Enform system is cumbersome. The way around it is just using voice commands.

Jay Wolfe Auto Outlet review
Me and my family have bought 4 cars from Jay Wolfe Auto Outlet. I have had nothing but top notch service from them the last 3 years that I have been dealing with them. Josh worked w me my first time in and got me financed when I was very doubtful that anyone could.
2016 Lexus RX 450h review
This is the best car I have ever owned - after years of driving only Volvos. It is smooth riding, beautiful and has all the features I love. I feel very safe in the car, and the hybrid feature saves gas. Truly a great automobile!

CarMax WaukeshaReviews
CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I have owned 3 RX Hybrids. Comfortable, quiet and solid performance. I am always amazed at how long the regenerative brakes last - the first two lasted over 120K miles and probably went longer but I traded in these cars ~120 mile mark for a new RX. The only issue I have had was with my last RX - the suspension started scrunching after 40K. The regional Lexus rep was of ZERO help - basic response to my concern was "is there any detrimental impact to the car's driving? If not, it is your problem". The dealership (Lexus of Bellevue) stood behind the car and replaced the entire suspension for minimal cost. My new Lexus RX450h has just crossed over the 40K mile mark and all is going well. I highly recommend the car and the dealership.
