Brian Hoskins Ford review
Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

Auto Boutique JacksonvilleReviews
Auto Boutique Jacksonville review
Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Hyundai of Fort MyersReviews
Hyundai of Fort Myers review
The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. The finance gentleman was genuine and explained everything and made this buyout a favorable experience Today was a dream team experience Thank you Jeff Simpson for treating us like family

I have been a loyal Chalmers customer for 20+ years. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of working with Collin. Over a 24 hour period, Collin helped us trade in two vehicles and lease two brand new ones. Collin was a pleasure to work with, as was Mike in finance and the rest of the Chalmers team.

Volvo Cars LisleReviews
Volvo Cars Lisle review
I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! While I loved each of my last two S60’s (also bought from this dealer), this SUV exceeds my expectations of what a Volvo can be and do. For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Volvo of Lisle (and be sure to ask for Bob)!!

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NYReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
Scott Bateman, service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, has yet again proved to be exceptional in his role and an integral part of the team at this dealership. His customer-focused approach highlights professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and respect for time. Scott goes out of his way to provide thorough and accurate information to his customers, ensuring details are understood every step of the way. The service videos are a unique touch that add to the experience and knowledge-base for customers, complementing the personal interfacing that is necessary for outstanding customer service. The Sales Department is key for getting customers into the dealership; however, the Service Department is crucial in maintaining longevity and sustainability for many years to come. Scott makes this vision a reality. I highly recommend Scott Bateman and the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County/Benzel-Bush in Harriman, New York, near the Woodbury Commons, for all your service needs. I look forward to many more years of working with Scott and his team.

Toyota West OhioReviews
Toyota West Ohio review
My wife and I had a great experience. They had the Kia we were interested in ready for the test drive as we arrived at the dealership. Quick inspection, some paperwork, and away we went on our test drive. We quickly noticed an issue with a noise coming from the right front of the car, but were otherwise was happy with the car. Once we returned and pointed out the noise, we got a written assurance that it would be taken care of if we bought the car. We'll, we did and they were true to their word. Totally impressed with the buying experience here.
2020 Lincoln MKZ review
I am a senior citizen and have been a car guy all my life. I have had close to 100 cars, all sporty, with big engines and options. I always have favored "Sleepers", if you like cars, you know what I mean. My 2020 MKZ 3.0 400HP AWD does 0 - 60 in 4.9 seconds and has been reviewed as the fastest Lincoln ever. All with every option and great comfort ! Get one while you can, they will be a classic.
