2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

That meant so much to me! Khalil was absolutely amazing and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my out-the-door price. The car I chose online was already cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go when I arrived. I walked in at 12:30 PM and drove away in my new car at 2:00 PM! Talk about SIMPLE! 😂 Both Sam and Khalil were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I've had 5 lincolns,4 of them from Pugmire. I love Pugmire.Their service is impeccable.However in the 7 years of having my cars maintenanced by them ,I have never been able to get a loaner vehicle and I don't like that.Now my 23 Corsair has an issue and the part is on back order. When the part comes in and I take my car in, will I be without a car again?? Also a worker made a negative comment about another worker in front of me that was very inappropiate and unprofessional- I felt some type of way about that. But I know that we are all imperfect humans and we make mistakes ,Pugmire is still my go to.
