I came arrived in the middle of the afternoon for routine servicing "The Works".. The racks were empty and I was out in less than an hour. I was given a checklist of services performed and future requirements with an explanation, and the price was reasonable. I used to work in a garage and I know good service when I see it.
This part of my service was excellent. I had the car in for service and asked that the battery be checked. They told me it was fine. Electrical issues started up again almost immediately. Brought the car back to the quick lane service and... Check the battery, fail the test, replaced it and I was on my way in no time. And the quick lane service manager was nice enough to take off the labor for my having to come back a second time. It was greatly appreciated.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
I had an overall very positive and excellent buying and trade-in experience with Sam, Bill, and Michelle. Treated with the highest level of respect, professionalism and customer-first attitude. Won't hesitate to give their dealership more of my future business! Appreciated how thorough, patient, and helpful they were through the car buying experience. I had an excellent trade-in experience with Sam, Michelle and Bill. I hadn't met them before my purchase. At first, I was a skeptic and hesitant of any dealer. I was treated well and fairly. They are diligent and professional.
Wonderful experience with Tony at Libertyville Lincoln. We first made contact with Tony about the MKX around noon on the day the MKX Lincoln Offers were expiring but we couldn't get to the showroom until 6pm! Tony worked with us as we test drove, decided on what we absolutely had to have, selected a car, worked out the price and signed all the paperwork.. Tony stayed late and literally lock the doors when we left at 10pm (1 hour past closing). We picked up the car the next night and Tony stayed late again after closing.
Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed working with TOMMY Noda. Even though Tony Holmes was my initial contact (and Tony was great too and helped me find the right car) .. Tommy Noda closed the deal. He made me (and my daughter) feel comfortable with the deal we were making. TOMMY impressed us with his knowledge, quick wit and sense of humor. He was great. And Tony Holmes too
