The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. With out getting into too much detail, I simply wanted to acknowledge Scott who runs the service department. I was having an issue with a CD player I had bought the year before and was initially told I needed to buy a new one. Scott jumped in and was able to get the CD player fixed for much less than my original option of buying a new one. This act of kindness and dedication to his customers was very much appreciated by me. Having an employee who looks out for the customer and cares about their experience is a huge asset. We needed a 30,000 mile oil change and inspection of our Ford Escape. We dropped it off Friday night and Kim Wolfram got back to us shortly after 9am Saturday morning. We knew the vehicle likely needed tires so Kim put forth a lot of effort to make sure we got some really good tires at a great price. She made multiple calls to make sure we got what we wanted and that we were getting the best price possible. Everything was done timely and we picked up the vehicle early in the afternoon. Couldn't have been a better experience for us.
Klaben Ford was great to work with. There is no pressure. Their only goal is to make sure that you are happy. My salesman was Dave Mott, he was very knowledgeable and well prepared. I can't recommend him or Klaben Ford enough.
I had the pleasure of buying a new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus from Klaben Lincoln. I called the dealership from my home and had the pleasure of talking with Matt. He walked me thru the procedure and I met him later that afternoon and drove my Lincoln home. I was a little anxious because my prior vehicle was a 1997 and had been out of touch with a new purchase. I learned slot about my new car in a short time.
