My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

2017 Maserati Levante review
Power beyond reason and body lines that defy modern convention. This is a motor carriage, make no mistake, this is not an automobile it is a beautifully appointed machine. Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. If you have the chance, buy one immediately.

2014 Maserati GranTurismo review
I love my Maserati GT sport coupe. It is one of the best sounding exotic supercars out there, I don't know why people hate so much on Maserati, the brand has been around before Ferrari and has won multiple world wide racing cups. My car has a NOVITEC supercharger (came with the car @ 646hp) which makes it very RARE!. No matter what the cost, people that don't own exotic cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren etc., do not understand that owning a car like this is not cheap!, if you cannot afford it then do not purchase it, it does not matter what you pay for it the maintenance will cost and it gets expensive, I spend roughly $10,000 per year on brakes, full tune-ups, tires (especially, $4,000 per set) and that's not including all the extra stuff i have done, so the car is not a KIA, or FORD, Maserati is a piece of art on wheels.

2017 Maserati Quattroporte review
On my way to buy a new Tesla S, when I noticed an exotic unique car, then heard the sound of an F1 race. Fell in love w my 2017 Grand Lusso w 22,000 miles for $52,000 3 years ago. Love it even more today! Yearly oil change only. Daily driver, the sound every morning starts my day right. Italian leather, wood, sexy curves,and exhaust makes jealous Tesla owners wimper about their gas savings.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! After all the time I spent with Casey going back and forth, I felt like I made a friend, not just someone trying to sell me something...If you buy from this dealership, ask for Casey, he will take care of you like he did me, I'll never forget him and will always appreciate what he did for me, Thank you Hyundai Algonquin and Thank you Casey for making my dreams come true...
2016 Maserati Ghibli review
With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

2018 Maserati Ghibli review
It?s definitely a rare car , super fast , luxurious with very nice front design typical of mazerati , Bit small and tight in back seat , but very nice interior. I have owned this car as new for 8 months and it?s been a great ride , it has the sport option button that definitely makes it sound like a sport racing car . However at a start it?s bit slow , I was expecting more power . I also agree that the shifting handle is disappointing . I have owned Bmw 5 , Passat V6 , I do own Mercedes sport Slk 2008 , but my last one was Jaguar XF supercharged V8 that I would have kept if I could extend the warranty for a decent price , that car was an amazing car , it had it all with zero issues and I admit it still my reference car in it?s category. I think it?s bit early for me to juge the Ghibli completely but I do think it?s overpriced for a V6.

Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

2024 Maserati GranTurismo review
I've owned my 2024 GT for 4 months and it has been an absolute pleasure. It drives and handles very well. The technology is pretty impressive. The only issue is that being a sport coupe has low clearance, so one has to be careful while parking next the curve parking and with speed bumps. However, it provides a great driving experience.

It?s luxurious and powerful. 424 horsepower but it?s such a lighter car compared to muscle cars you will find yourself easily beating challenger R/T?s and BMW?s to say the least. This car is expensive and is expensive upkeep. Always buy the maintenance packages and their extra coverages on paint,windows, and rims.

2018 Maserati Ghibli review
I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.
