I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. My trade-in value was fair, and I found a good used car here. The sales process was efficient, though I felt the detailing on the car before pickup could have been a bit more thorough. Still, a solid purchase.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.
