Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. I enjoyed working with them in purchasing my vehicle the only things the salesman did not say was that the vehicle was in a accident and the multifunction switch was broken and when I brought it up to them they said to take it to Jeep across from then then I did they said at jeep they would have to send my vehicle out and it would cost them $310 so I bought the multi function switch and paid $60.00 for it then took it back to jeep and they installed it for me and paid labor fee of $273 and then come to find out that the bumper, grille and headlight lamp needs to be replaced which was not brought to my attention but I do love the vehicle so now I will have to pay another $2000 this was after the fact

2021 Mazda CX-9 review
I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!
