Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.
2017 Mazda Mazda3 review
I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

Purchased a CPO Mazda3 from Cochran Mazda and had a very good experience with them. I had never purchased a car before but went to a few other dealers and Cochran made me feel like a priority, not just some random person looking at one of their vehicles. I did all of the research and the process went smoothly. Worked with Shane and he was able to answer all of my questions during and after the buying process.

Classic Mazda review
Sarah Holland and Mike Snyder are consummate sales persons. I walked into the classic showroom and felt absolutely in the right place. Sarah was easy to talk, a good listener answering my questions about the Mazda brand. It was easy for me to make a decision about which vehicle I selected because of her knowledge and absolutely no pressure from her and the Mazda staff. I would highly recommend Classic Mazda to my family and friends, the entire team made my choice very easy; when i picked up my car. they surprise me with special touches( real roses in a real glass vase! And a personal note welcoming into the Mazda family! Who does that?!) Accomodating, ease, professionalism, and ultra-tuned into my car needs describes my experience.
