This is my second Mazda from Corey Fairbanks Mazda - I brought my 2014 CX-5 in for its 30,000 mile check up. They fixed a speaker, did an oil change, all new tires - they were honest and up front about cost of the repairs. They called me to let me know when it was ready and when I needed something additional done. If I wasn’t so close to paying it off - I’d definitely consider trading it in for a newer model. They’re a great dealership.
The service staff at Cory Fairbanks Mazda has consistently provided excellent professional service for my 2015 Mazda MX-5. They service advisors are always friendly and attentive to my concerns. The mechanics have always performed the service requested effectively and returned my vehicle as expected. And "on top of that" the shop provides a car wash included in the service! Thank you to a great team.
Initially worked with one of the internet managers and that fast and straight to the point. When I went in to the dealership , again fast, efficient and to the point. Next day came back and finalized paperwork and drove home in new vehicle. I spent less than a total of 3 hours from the beginning to end, what a GREAT experience.

I was very happy with my Mazda service. My service advisor David Foo was extremely helpful. They did a thorough job of inspection and service of my car. All of the service staff were helpful. The waiting room was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership.
I owned the new mazda cx5. The sales persons Taylor and Bob, both are amazing. They are more like freinds than sales persons. They give you all the information you needed. I would strongly recommend this place.
This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to Tony! He even gave some life advice lol. The day I purchased my car was awesome! I met Luis Arce and I told him I really wanted that car and he made it happened. He listened and was a great help. Now when I had to hand over my money to you guys, lol I spoke with Edwin Acevedo and another great help! He was patient and explained everything perfectly. He did would he could to get me in that car and I really appreciate it. So thank you Tony, Luis, and Edwin for helping me get the exact car that I wanted! Just to start telling you I was not buying a car today will give you an idea on how professional, accommodating and helpful the staff at Sport Mazda was today 12/1/2018. At the end I closed a deal for a Mazda 6 even though I did not bring my previous car with me to avoid the hassle everybody goes through in a car dealership. From Jacob to Mark, Rey and Michelle Hernandez I felt I was talking to old friends and here I am with a new responsibility I hope to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you
I arrived at the Service Center without an appointment very early on a Friday morning. The moment I stepped out my vehicle Nick came by immediately to attend me. I explained what I needed and he took care of my car needs right away. Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Customer Service was awesome, as usual.
I was in for a regular service oil change. While waiting in the lounge I observed a young mother and her child. Mom was preoccupied with her smart phone, while the little child (I'm guessing 3 or 4 years old) had nothing to entertain her. There is a toy with parts that slide around, and the child played with that for a while, but then began to explore. Mom would notice every so often and yell at the child to stop, but then went right back to her smart phone. This happened several times. I finally asked Ellie if the television could be changed from news to something kid friendly. She asked Donny who told me that the owner only allowed the news channel, but he made a phone call and then the television was changed to the Disney channel. My car was finished by then, so I don't know how it turned out, but I was happy to know that Ellie and Donny listened and did what they could to entertain a child being ignored by it's mother. Sometimes service isn't just about the car.
I am very impressed about the type of service you get from Mazda Sport. They really care about you. I am very pleased about how Ellie took care of my situation the best and convenient way. She is very customer oriented and make you feel you are in the best hands. Ellie Diaz you are the best!!
I came in with absolutely no hopes of getting a car with my credit score. I hadn???t bought a car in almost 10 years. I???ve had my eye on the CX-5 for quite some time. I came in to get a recall fixed on my 2009 Mazda 6 and decided while waiting why not talk to sales. I met with Austin, we talked about a few different cars, he was very knowledgeable, I test drove the CX-5. Austin was able to get me approved and even though the payment wasn???t where I really wanted it to be, I left with a brand new CX-5, which I have been wanting for so long! I didn???t feel pressured and they were so welcoming! Definitely recommend Headquarter Mazda for car buying!
