We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

Great car overall! Everything feels very high quality and ride experience is sporty and tight but still comfortable. But there is one pretty big issue with this car and it’s the infotainment system. Probably the glitchiest infotainment system I’ve ever used. But this shouldn’t be a huge issue for you if you value the driving experience more than the electronics

Wanted to upgrade from a Mazda3 (my 2nd) to more luxury and I got it with the Mazda6. Beautiful styling. Absolutely the most reliable and easy to care for car I have ever owned. Never fear to be on the road and I love the gas mileage.

Best car I have ever owned and I have had many over the years. 100K miles with only tires, brakes and plugs replaced. Still get 36 - 41 MPG on highway. Fun to drive and looks great. Drives like a nimble athlete. Only downside is the display screen can be a bit slow to load. Blue mica with white leather interior still looks sharp.

I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. I never felt pressure to get new tires, and they fixed it quickly.

Interior design needs some help, but thats just my opinion. But the car itself drives great, handles really well and is an enjoyable, fun, drive

One of the best driving experiences. Very comfortable, nice power and great looking car. If you put premium fuel in it you get and 20+ horsepower but you can drive on regular. Great option…..

I chose this car because of the engine power and luxury & safety features (got the Signature). It is also beautiful, and the cabin is quiet. The only areas I would improve: A little more front interior room would be welcome; ingress & egress a challenge because of low seats. I frequently bump my head getting in.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

Excellent fit and finish, nicely appointed interior, handles very well, can get up and go. Infotainment system is middling and it rides harshly on 19 inch tires. A good, fun cat overall

Like a bmw but better. Has all aspects that my finances bimmer has but more comfortable and more room. The oy thing I found was it has an issue with unlocking all door using the fob.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I’ve owned 2 RX7’s,1 RX8 (disappointing), a Prelude, 3 6’s and a 3. Switched toHonda’s 5 yrs ago. I want a 6 Grand Touring Reserve orSignature-possibly a Carbon but not a fan of the muted grey. I am a huge Mazda fan and can’t wait to have em back in my garage.

Overall, I had an EXCELLENT experience with Wayne Mazda. Specifically, Chris Ordaz was incredibly helpful salesman. We called ahead about a certified pre-owned car that was more than reasonably priced. Upon arrival, we were directed outside for a test drive with the car already pulled around and ready to go. Then, when it came to purchasing the car, we had a smooth, easy negotiation that left us feeling satisfied completely. Not once was I worried about backdoor charges that would be suddenly added on and the number we discussed and shook on was the number we payed. They were incredibly hospitable and helpful with financing the car, and getting everything in order for us. And to top it all off, we got a big red bow for it on Christmas!!! This is definitely the best car dealership experience I have ever had, and if I need to purchase another car anytime soon, I will definitely be heading back to Wayne Mazda and requesting Chris Ordaz.

I love my 19 grand touring. It’s a great value. It feels like it’s well built. It’s comfy. And not many on the road. I like to bump it. Great Bose sound. But at 45k miles It’s been in the shop to many times. New turbo, new exhaust manifold, new fuel injector, new moldings - exterior, 5 check engine lights, about $7k in repairs. Thankfully all covered under warranty. I bought it with certified preowned. I’ll keep it till the 100k warranty runs out.
