I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.
Took care of my warranty repairs. Washed car and answered all my questions. Very friendly
Staff. Just needs a new building. That I was told was in the works. I was told that 3 years ago !

I have the sport which is the bottom of the line but it is more car and style for the money compared to other choices in their same league. I absolutely love it!!! Sole Red ...complements all the time! Great on gas!

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of room. I love being able to play music and use my phone through the blue tooth. No cords! Very comfy vehicle. Perfect for what I needed!
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. This is my first owned car. Before I used to drive a 2003 Saturn Ion and then a 2012 Kia Soul. The Mazda3 was such a nice drive and has all the features I could have ever asked for! I love the car.
This our third purchase l that we have made from OBrien Mazda. Om our last purchase, my wife and I delt with Chuck Grillo Chuck was very pleasant to deal with. He was able handle all our concerns. I fell he went the extra mile ensure our satisfaction. My wife and I were treated well by all O'Brien staff. I would and have highly recommended Chuck Grillo and OBrien Mazda to others.

We love our Mazda CX9. It's 8 years old and we are the original owners. It's been a GREAT car until we took it in for an airbag recall notice and the service tech BLEW OUR ENGINE while working on it! We're currently living a nightmare trying to work out a resolution with Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, Oregon!
Shopping for a replacement pre-owned vehicle can be a bit tense. I walked into the preowned showroom and some how found myself walking toward Mr.Anderson's desk . A warm and sincere greeting was extended ... and I felt at "home" . We were not certain of what we wanted but narrowed to the one model of two builders . We did not purchase from John Anderson and O'Brien .. but had the pre-owned of choice been there we would have done so . He called in follow-up and was most cordial in wishing every success with our choice . He is a good man and an asset to this company and I will stop again soon when our 2nd vehicle is replaced

This car meets all my needs and goes above and beyond what I was looking for. The only things missing for me are a built-in garage opener and remote start.
Ariana was very helpful, laid back. Was informative and if she did not know something, she would not hesitate and find out the answer. Would recommend her to anyone i know.
The most fun to drive crossover I could find.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.

This is one nice car. Rides sooooo well plus decent mileage. Love all of the GT features including the Mazda Radar range which automatically slows down while on cruise if someone inform pulls out without looking. Car is in great shape. No accidents. Just recently bought an Ascent and had the opportunity to experience the service deptmartme t and O???Brien Subaru. Robinson did many back flips to ensure we were happy with the service brewing done. I highly recommend this department and their ability to recognize good talent in promoting Robinson to service advisor!!!

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
I bought it because it looked cool and I have never heard anything bad about Mazda. After two months of owning this car it has met all my expectations and then some! It’s teally fun and comfortable to drive. Really enjoy it and would highly recommend buying one
Has the feel of a sporty car and handles very well. Smooth ride. Good gas mileage and little maintaince costs. Could have a little more legroom in back. Lip on trunk opening limits size of what can put in.
Would like a cup holder in drivers door. Husband has limited mobility and has difficult time getting in and out and adjusting the seat back tilt. He also feel the door handle is too far back and his elbow is stopped by the back of the seat. Like the backup camera and that it beeps when a car approaching from side, not just behind the car. Love the alerts on the mirrors of car in blind spot. Like GPS, but not always intuitive. Disappointed it doesn't seem to have moveable headlights.
