I needed to purchase a new vehicle a little bit before I was ready to as my previous car died on me. This sped up my search process quite a bit. The entire staff at Mazda of Orland Park was amazing to deal with. There was absolutely no pressure at all and everyone was extremely friendly. I have been apart of several new car purchases and this was by far the simplest and easiest transaction I had ever been apart of. I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. I will definitely recommend Nissan buyers to stop by Nissan Gerald in Naperville at Ogden and see these two guys Howard and Tony and they will make your buying experience a celebration.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). i was helped by a gentleman named Xavier Miller. He was helpful by answering all my questions and getting my into a car i wanted at a reasonable price. He helped my set up my phone and waze for the Subaru and gave me tips while driving/using a Subaru! Would highly recommend!
