Had a great experience buying a used car at RBM of Alpharetta from Rich Alder last week! Rich made the process easy and pleasant, provided the information that I needed, and took the extra steps needed to get me the car in the timeframe I needed. Would definitely buy from Rich at RBM of Alpharetta again!!

My 2023 EQS 450+ lease was ending. I wanted to stay with electric or plug in hybrid. My RBM salesman, Eric Koenigsberg, explored all the options for a 2026 Mercedes and I chose the EQS 400 SUV. I’m very pleased with it.

The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to purchase was sold a couple hours prior to my arriving. I was a little disappointed, but Tim came to the rescue and with my children on the phone, I left with an Audi Q5. The team of Tim, Marcus, and Mark in Finance helped and got me in the Q5! I am excited with the outcome!

Audi North AtlantaReviews
Audi North Atlanta review
I had no interest in buying an Audi when I came into contact with Paula. But after walking through the brands and the type of car I was searching for, Paula guided me to the right fit for me. Which happened to be an Audi, ha! Paula went above and beyond to provide quality service despite me being a remote buyer over 1,000 miles away. She sent videos and pictures of THE car, while providing great detail and explanations of all the features etc. When it came time to execute on the deal, she was fast and swift making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I dealt with 4 other car salesmen in my car buying journey, and Paula was by far the most attentive while also not being nagging (ie., calling you every day). She knew the type of customer I was, giving me space to make my decision and allowing the car & her presentation of it to speak for itself. That?s a rare thing to find in this industry. I probably called Paula at least 3 times a day and texted her throughout the day. No matter what she was doing she always took the time to respond and/or follow up if need be. This experience was fun for me, and I will definitely call Paula the next time I?m back in the market.

ALM Marietta review
About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with Lou again, and I also had the chance to meet some fantastic folks in both the management and finance team.

Drive A Dream review
Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

Alan was great to work with and made it very easy to buy my car. His follow through was exceptional. The car took almost a week to arrive at dealer, but Alan stayed in contact with me. I would recommend buying a car from Gravity. The prices are lower then a lot of other dealers. Overall good experience. Would buy from them again. Thank you!

Mercedes-Benz of GeorgetownReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I have been purchasing vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for almost eight years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The level of service has consistently been impeccable from sales to financing and, most importantly, long after the purchase. I especially want to recognize Sarah in the Service Department. She is always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Having someone you trust when your vehicle needs service makes such a difference, and Sarah represents exactly the kind of customer care that has kept me loyal to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown all these years. From buying the car to financing it to keeping it on the road, I have consistently had a wonderful experience. Eight years later, they continue to earn my business and my recommendation. Five stars!
