At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Went in around 6pm on a random Wednesday night for my mother in law. We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we found on their website and upon calling, I was told that it was indeed available and they would have it prepped for driving upon arrival. My wife and I arrive with my mother in law and were helped right away by Hanny Soliman, who was not initially my salesperson, however, was the one who eventually stayed with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Hanny was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, answered all our questions with professionalism and care. I can 100% honestly say I never stepped foot in a Mercedes Dealership, and because of him, I am definitely going to be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I have never experienced such great customer service, pricing was upfront and direct, no games, and they even stayed past closing to wrap up the deal. Mr. Hanny followed up with phone calls to ask about how the vehicle was driving several days after and answered additional questions we had. What a wonderful experience here at CalStar Motors Inc (this is NOT a paid review). Like I said before, I only ever experienced Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai dealerships in the past, however, after this experience, my next purchase will definitely be coming from here and from Hanny.

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!
