2012 E350 Coupe blue efficiency is by far the best MBZ vehicle I've owned. The exterior and interior are impeccable and slick, performances on highway or in city is off the chain. If I can afford another I would!

Good beach but noise in transfer case only 57000 miles I take care of this car better then my wife no reason this should happen not happy at all I have two e350 one 2010 and one 2013 not happy with Benz at all thinking of going to Lexus 57000 miles car looks new but this is a manufactures problem and they know it I’ve built cars from scratch this should not happen at all wake up people and do the right thing keep your name it’s a benz

This car met all my expectations even much more than I thought it would be.And I personally think that this is one of the top cars that anyone can imagine.Very comforting a lot of leg room ,awesome visibility and much more.
I purchased my CLA 250 in 2017. It is a wonderful car and my salesman Jason Hung was excellent.
I took my car in for regular service and recall. My service manager was Brian Edwards. I cant say enough good things about him- professional, service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I can see why he received the award (a robot).
The other person who deserves recognition is Mike - the service department manager who greets you when you drive up. Ive bought Jaguar and Mercedes at the old Pasadena location and worked with him there.

I have read all the comments and I notice there is not one about the noise the motor makes when you first start it. They say it is from the Turbo Charger in the 2016 thru 2019 models. The noise drives me crazy. Any one else have the same noise problem. Otherwise I love the car. It was the same as my 2013 E350 Sport but this rides a lot smoother. The Sport road very hard and I like a soft ride. Two service managers told me the same thing about the motor. If anyone has the same noise problem when you start up the car and the motor is cold please let me know at PLarosa101@aol.com. I would appreciate it.

I got my 2016 C300 last weekend. Joseph Ovesepyan was the salesperson and his sales manger Willy Chia helping me w the purchase. He's very friendly, patient and helpful. Will definitely refer him to my friends and family! The experience was more pleasant than I expected. The entire transaction/negotiation was very smooth and hassle free. I just purchased this car and absolutely live it. Very solidly built. I was trying to decide between the E class and the BMW 5 series, so I spoke to the guy that used to service my BMW. He said that he doesn’t see many problems on the E class, but went through a laundry list of issues with the BMW.
I love my sales person Denise Justice. She cares and helped me with the 2 cars i least in the past.. Remarkable woman . I have bought 3 cars from Rusnak. I would never go anywhere else. I went to Fletcher Jone and was treated like I was a dumb woman. Rusnak treats you like your part of their family.

This vehicle has a classy style. It has a lot of power. I love the command system. I have a panoramic sunroof which is nice. I wish I had leather seats instead of the MB tech materials.
a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.

I searched for the perfect car for car obsession of mine. From jaguar to Porsche I have been obsessed with performance. After owning a RWD mustang, I need I was looking for AWD and that limited me to German importants. The 911 s has everything but the price points limited my access to anything made in the last decade. So I drove my first 2016 Ecoupe and I was instantly satisfied with everything! Performance styling and comfort all combine for the perfect combination! I’m in love with this car and I’ve driven everything else on the market! I know you can purchase cars that have more performance or more luxury etc... but this car was good enough in all areas to please this customer!
