I have owned this car for 5 weeks. 1800 miles so far. Drives like a dream. This is my 4th ev/hybrid. By far the best. The most quiet and smooth ride I have experienced. I have seen range of 370+ miles on a full charge. Highly recommend.

CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

Buying a new car should be fun but often now it has become a boring chalenge .... Noticeably Mercedes Benz of South Bay is still highly selective for its Sales and marketing team . My experience with Monika T. and Chris M. was simply remarkable ; Courteous , professional and straight forward very rare qualities nowadays . Thanks to them buying a Mercedes is still a special treat .

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

We needed a new car because our lease was ending for our vehicle, we were able to see our options and selected the vehicle of our choice. We worked with Omar and he knew we were in a time crunch, so he had everything ready to go, all we had to do was sign and answer some questions. He did a quick walk through and demo of the car, and sent us our way.

2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
I am 76 years old and always owned a Mercedes among other cars. It is, by far, the best car I’ve ever owned. It is quiet fast and comfortable. I enjoy driving it and I could enjoy it more if I read the manual and learn how to use the electronics. I have owned it for 8 months and have about 7,000 miles on it without any issues so far. From 20% to 80% charge it take about 30 minutes, depending on the charger. With an 80% and a 100% charge my range has been 340 and 420 miles consecutively. If I have to be critical, I have to say that, perhaps because of the aerodynamic design, I find it a little more difficult to get in and out of it as compared to my AMG S Class.

Mercedes-Benz of Marin review
I turned in my 12-year-old Mercedes and leased a new one. The entire team was very professional; I agreed on the terms before arriving, was shown the available vehicles, and made my choice. Simple, professional, courteous.
2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
A Mercedes first. This is the ultimate electric car as it now sets the standard. I have owned it for 2 months now and everything about the EQS 450+ is impressive. Amazing range at over 350 real world miles, incredible comfort and luxury. It is the best electric car I have owned so far.
