I had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from Leiken Motors. Purchasing a used car is not always a great experience, but everything about this was top notch. I messaged through the website and promptly got a response from Alicia to set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment only a few hours later, my salesman Frank Waite was already familiarized with my car. Since they do not carry Hyundai, he was not previously familiar but he took the time to get to know the car so that he could point out the many cool features that it has. The finance manager Ty was polite and friendly. Best of all was that they had a cool computerized system for filling out of the paperwork so there were not dozens of paper forms to hand sign. It was all point and click on a unique monitor built in to the top of the desk. I also got follow up from the team after the purchase to make sure that I was happy with everything.

This is my 3rd new Mercedes Benz purchased from Mercedes Benz of Music City in the past 4 years. I love my new AMG GLE 63 S Coupe! I have purchased a new S 580 and a GLE 450 also in the past. Chris made the purchase very easy. All paperwork was done before I came to the dealership. All I had to do was come exchange my current car for my new one and drive home. After sale experiences are the best. Wonderful customer lounge to wait while your car is being serviced.
