We searched the National Capital Region for the right vehicle at almost every Mercedes dealership in the area. This dealership not only found us what we were looking for but also gave great customer service, made sure every feature we wanted was included and made the deal exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be bringing our business back. A high class experience, but down to earth. We are so happy about our purchase.
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"

While working with Mr. Bouchard, an amazing, albeit almost unheard of thing transpired... Initially, WE decided maybe it was not the most opportune time for me to purchase a new vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from Ron. For this reason, when I felt the time was right, I reached back out to him. It was my first time leasing a vehicle; however, he and Sandra Snyder (in Finance) handled me with kitten gloves... even with it being late in the evening and I was their last client, I never felt rushed. It was a pleasure dealing with Eric and his team at Euro Motorcars to buy my first Mercedes Benz, an AMG GLE 43 coupe. I purchased a used car less than two weeks ago. Imagine my surprise, after I purchased my car, when I found out the car only had one key! Really, did I have to ask that questions? The one key did not come with a key chain, which was promised to be sen to me the next day. Almost two weeks later - no key chain. I bought a Mercedes and couldn't even get a key chain! The door on the passenger had been hit and My sales person Miriam assured me it had been repaired. It looked 90 percent better. But in the light of day I can clearly see the poor work on fixing the dent in the door and matching the paint. I have shared my disappointment with my sales person via text. She responded initially and now is radio silent.
I was really excited about my purchase - but my sale person, Miriam, has certainly done little to debunk the myth of the used car sales person. My advice, don't purchase anything in the evening when any repairs can be difficult to inspect. Even after purchasing you Mercedes, don't expect a key chain or for them to mail it to you. After all, based on my experience with my sales person, Miriam, their words mean nothing and after you purchase the car - your dead to them. I can't even get a response to my text and I now have to find a place that will truly fix the dents in my door.
I love my car, I hate the fact that the work on my door was subpar and I can't stand people that don't keep their word (Miriam). I appreciate the lesson learned and I will steer all friends to a dealer where integrity is important.
