Great experience with a great salesman, Tony Bowler. Didn't feel pressured, but I was provided all information needed to make my decision to purchase. Felt like I paid a fair price for my new car. I really liked the casual, low key atmosphere of this dealership and Tony. Not the typical high pressure car sales, which made me very happy!
Our sales person was very helpful and pretty much answered the questions we had about the 2017 Buick that we did purchased from you. The only thing we didn't like ,is this car does not come with a spare tire and the other problem was the Buick did not have a owner manual , witch eventually was taken care of buy our sales persons boss who did get us a new manual,but not until we threatened to cancel the sale .
Excellent experience from test drives to reviewing best options from buying used car through to finally deciding to lease a new car. Got a great deal, only slight disappointment was promise of racing stripes or tinted windows fell though as exceeded total discounts.
I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!
The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.
My husband and I were looking to buy a Mini Cooper for me and we started communicating with Chris Uhles by email. He was very attentive and professional from the start, answering all of our questions and presenting us with the several options they had. When we went there last Saturday we had a great experience. I am from Brazil and have been in the US for over 5 years, so I don't have a great and lengthy credit history, so I wasn't sure I was going to get approved to buy a car. Luckily Chris and the staff went above and beyond to help me with the process and At the end of the day I became a proud owner of a limited Oxford edition Mini Cooper! Chris Uhles made sure I understood all of the perks and the car's functionality before leaving the dealership.
On Monday I had to stop by their service station because I was having an issue with one of the tires. I got prime service and was well taken care of!
