Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
Our purchase of E-350 2025 was quite a surprise to us. Initially we were looking for a new C-300, 2026, when we saw the E-350 2025 in the car lot, we really like this car, so we decided to talk to the dealer to learn more about E-350 versus C-300.
2022 MINI Clubman review
Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

MINI of Stevens CreekReviews
MINI of Stevens Creek review
I had a pleasant experience, Salar was knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out for us. Finance manager was brisk and somewhat rude, although he was very knowledgeable and efficient guiding us through the process. Still waiting on one work item, that was included to be delivered upon (2 weeks out) I got a call back today and hope they will complete the experience. I am happy with the purchase and liked the kindness of the sales personnel (helpful, not high pressure). I would recommend.

BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

I had a dilemma that made me make a very hard decision. I talked to Deenee about it and she worked with me on a solution. Ended up making a trade that took care of everything. Got a reasonable offer for my trade in vehicle and came out with a beautiful Cadillac that I will enjoy owning. I'm very satisfied.

2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

2025 MINI Countryman review
I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Shannon Rode always makes sure I am well taken care of when I bring my car to be fixed or serviced. She goes the extra mile to see that I have a loaner if they keep my car so I can get to work. I know I can always depend on her. She's a joy to see and chat with as well.

My wife already leases an i4 from this same dealership. I was so amazed with their level of commitment, service, and quality that I purchased my new X3 from them as well. Our sales representative Narek Martirosyan was very dedicated to making this purchase happen. Not pushy, but honest, realistic, and determined. I am VERY pleased to report that I am now recieveing the same amazing customer care with my new vehicle and I couldn't recommend a dealership or brand more than BMW. My entire expereince was first class, well tailored, and expertly handled. Thank you for being so awesome!!
