BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Sincerely Roger

THIScarReviews
THIScar review
My first impression was to run! But I enjoyed my experience. The dealership was very understanding i had to push back my appointment time, they had the vehicle ready to sell. The fact that i could experience the test drive wirhout being over managed by a salesperson was great! i got to know my vehicle and make a clear decision to purchase. But we had to come back the next day made me feel good. So I would recommend Paris he was truly did not pressure us he try to make it a good experience. He was concerned that i was taken care of, he was "keeping it real" even when I thought I should have gotten more. So he made it a good purchase experience right now no buyers remorse. Right now I would highly recommend Paris to deal I enjoy my vehicle. 2nd time with THIScar and not disappointed.

The car is perfect for me as my needs are such that I am the only driver. It handles beautifully, and has a lot pf spunk

MINI of Montgomery CountyReviews
MINI of Montgomery County review
My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. Jay Duck is a young man with the maturity & knowledge older buyers like us really appreciate. Thank you again, Jay, & thank you, Mini of Montgomery County for your terrific team.

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later. Danny provided us with nothing but the best experience from start to finish - and he has won two customers for life!

Araz was our saleswoman and she was awesome. I was coming from out of town and she went above and beyond to have everything done before my trip to Houston. She also did everything asked of her so that I had the chance to see the car basically in person without seeing it in person before making the decision to buy. She sent me real time videos of the entire car and let me hear and see engine as it was running. She made the sale happen. I highly recommend asking for her. She was kind and patient. Our finance guy Claude (I think) was wonderful too.

MINI of Glencoe North Shore review
The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

Hendrick MINI review
Amazing experience all around! Very glad that I was able to findI the perfect car for me, and meet some great people in the process! Brian from sales, and Michael from the finance department are honest and friendly, guiding me easily through every step. I had been researching online for about a week, so I went in knowing exactly what I needed, and with a good idea what I wanted to pay. It’s always a little stressful going to a dealership, not knowing whether they will slip things in like little protection packages or warranties you don’t need. The process here was very transparent, and I never felt pressured in the least. So happy with my new car 🚗 I will definitely be back if I need any services in the future; possibly even to trade in my wife’s car 😉 Again, thanks a bunch, and keep up the great work!

El Dorado Chevrolet review
Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Exceptional Experience with Amie at Auto Boutique! 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ from Auto Boutique, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Amie. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she made the entire process seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Why Amie Stands Out Highly Knowledgeable: Amie took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and used her expertise to guide me to the perfect vehicle for my specific needs. BMW West Palm BeachReviews
BMW West Palm Beach review
I bought my first Rolls Royce from Braman forty years ago. Since them I have bought many sports cars. When I decided to buy another luxury sedan I returned to Braman. I can honestly say that the exceptional service, sensitivity to customers needs and vehicle knowledge have remained the same over 40 years. Everyone at the dealer from owner, to GM to sales manager to salesperson has been exceptional. Whether your looking for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porshe, or BMW, Bramen of Palm Beach should be your only place to shop.

Always make my visits easy. Never try and upsell and prioritize repairs that need to be done and what can wait. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and if you don?t want to wait they will get you home and back to dealership.

I contacted the dealership and they were on it right away. Great communication and they made the deal happen with ease. They also set me up with a transport company to get the car back to my home state which saved me a lot of leg work.
