Alexander Lopez was great to work with, hopefully he sent that cup and shirt. Wonderful experience.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Outstanding! Just picked up an Ioniq 9 from out of state. The entire process was up-front, seamless and professional. The staff was exceptional - from pick up at the airport to driving off the lot! Pricing was as promised - I wish all car buying experiences could be this easy! Thanks!!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst review
Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

Auto Select review
They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Conway ImportsReviews
Conway Imports review
We were looking for an Audi Q3 for my daughter. We visited several other dealerships that had some, but they were missing one thing or another (I.e. S line, ambient lighting, colored interior, touch screen etc). A quick Google search showed us one at Conway and when we called, Juan told us all about the Q3 that we seen. Immediately, we advised Juan we were on our way to take a look at it. Juan advised that he would pull it up front and have it ready for us. He did exactly that! While we were pulling up, Juan was parking in the front of the business! It was love at first sight! Right away, my daughter knew, as did her parents, that this was it! From start to finish, Juan was great and helped us with everything we asked for! We love her new vehicle and would recommend Conway to all! Thanks Juan and Conway for putting the biggest smile on our daughter’s face! She’s in love with her Q3!
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

The Car Store review
I worked with Daniel to buy a Nissan Ariya. I liked the competitive pricing, responsiveness via text, and the ability to reserve with down payment. I live in Minneapolis and flew to Chicago to purchase then drove home.

Bettenhausen Fiat review
From the time I walked into the establishment I was greeted and treated with respect. I love how the salesman was knowledgeable about the exact vehicle I came in for. He went above and beyond and through every obstacle that possible came my way. This car purchase was an early birthday gift to myself and I am so happy with my decisions.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I made appointment week in advance and upon arrival they didn't have me down for Oil Change and tires rotated. One of the service tech took me anyway, they could have reschedule me. This was not my mistake, and it was honored.

2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
