Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

We own three Outlander PHEVs and there are plety of them out there used with low mileage. I would not purchase one used as the MSRP is over 40K.

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

I found the car on Cars.com and sent in a few questions. The reply was spot on and I made the appointment with Jonathan Quintana. Jonathan had answers to every question and was fair in the negotiation. I bought the car and drove the car home that day. Follow-up has been better than expected.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Pretty sure this car saved me from loosing a kidney. Some lady randomly walked up to me in a parking lot and asked me if i wanted to make some gas money. But I had a full battery so I said "No thanks." and got into my car. As I watched her walk out of the parking lot, I thought to myself, "What did she want me to do for gas money?" Clearly it was some kind of kidney stealing scam. What else could it be? Thanks Mitsubishi! Once again you've saved me from loosing a vital organ.

This was a transaction across 2000 miles - all online and on phone. Sam Morales, the sales lead was exceptional in her clarity, transparency and communication. This was by far one of the best transaction experiences I had even though it was all remote, unseen on a used car. They represented everything honestly and were transparent and prompt. Even went to the effort of hiring a driver to deliver the vehicle and pick up the trade in.

I am really happy with the service I received on October 5th and 6th 1026. Service Advisor Armando Bautista very thorough, courteous and professional. He made sure the warranty company paid their fair share of the cost to repair my vehicle. The warranty company offered to pay only a third of the cost after Armando was done consulting with them they ended up paying just at half of the cost. He also advocated that i received a free car rental for 24hrs to run a few errands i had scheduled that day while my vehicle was being worked on. If the service advisors could be tipped Armando would have surely received one from me. Clean place and clean spirit throughout the dealership!

Acura of TempeReviews
Acura of Tempe review
We contacted the Acura of Tempe service department and left a message for our service advisor from our last visit. Andrew Harvey returned my call within 20 minutes. He listened carefully to my concerns about our MDX, reassured me he could help, and verified that our certified vehicle repairs would be covered under warranty. Andrew kept us informed and confident that we were in good hands. This was the most enjoyable service experience we’ve ever had. My wife and I are considering trading in our MDX for a new model, and this visit reinforced our trust in doing business with an honest dealership. Andrew Harvey is a true asset to your company. Thank you, Mark Gonzalez

Great comfortable ride. Great for trips under 25 miles, no gas needed. Preforms well on EV mode. I have been averaging around 32 mpg on trips 50-75 miles.

My sales man Neil Hinz was nothing short of Phenomenal. His no pressure sales tactics was exactly what I needed after visiting 15 other dealerships. Everyone wants to tell you what's best for you. Neil simply asked me if he could help me and actually listened when I was telling what I wanted. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about their cars and the tech in them. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from him.

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.
