My daughter was searching for a couple weeks for a new vehicle. She is very picky, so she covered a 50 mile radius around the house before coming to Russ. She bought the pre-owned van she was looking for at Premium Auto Sales at a very reasonable price. We were both impressed with Russ. His honesty, and knowledge brought me back a week or so later to get a car for me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu, and for the first time in a long time, I have no buyers remorse. I highly recommend Russ and Premium Auto Sales to everyone. Russ will always be the first stop for me from now on.
I had an excellent experience since my first conversation over the phone with Russ Dahis. Russ was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions. For that reason I decided to drive over an hour to see the vehicle
When I arrived the vehicle condition was exactly like the pictures on the website. Everything was according to the information given to me by Russ, no problems or issues. The car was impeccable in and out.

Went in to test drive a Mazda CX 7 and Mourice was the sales associate we worked with. He had the car ready to go for us. He was also very helpful and was the first salesman I have ever liked. He was extremely kind and caring. I would recommend this dealership and Mourice 100%.
The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...

Bought a car a year ago from Mike, very friendly and helpful in the buying process. Took the car back a year later due to some computer problems, spoke with Dan about the situation and he was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved, even offered us his own vehicle to use while ours was being repaired! We spoke with him about needing a new Van for our handicap children and all the specifications we needed. He said he would get on it and find us what we needed. A week later he had a van for us! He introduced us to Chuck his Ford Specialist to walk us through all of the new vans features and capabilities. He was wonderful! I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.
I walked into this dealership to really only talk numbers on a vehicle that I was interested in. Sales consultant Max and his team made sure to really work with me and get the car at the best price, and they did! I left the dealership very satisfied because I didn't expect to leave with the car so fast. Everyone at Biggers Mitsubishi was very polite and friendly, great people! I would definitely come back to this location for any future purchases.
