The best experience buying a car that I have had in the Cincinnati area in a long time.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Great service and service rep. Is second to none..I could not imagine getting better service anywhere else.

I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro 4X in the pearlstone blue. I love the looks of the truck. It seems to be well made and is actually made in the USA. The gas mileage is not great but, it is a 4wd so the 20mpg is about right. The only things that I don't like is the steering is quite hard to turn for power steering. I don't know why they didn't use an electric assist like most other makes use instead of hydraulic. My hands get sore and tired after driving awhile, and the seats are very uncomfortable for me after driving awhile. I am going to try a lumbar cushion and I have talked to a local upholstery guy who will add padding on the bottom for $200. I'll try a cushion and see. If that doesn't work than I'll have him work on it. He said he'll pull the seat and add padding and have me come in and sit on it and adjust as needed. I thought that was a great price considering he has to remove the seat and reinstall it. I won't bother with the passenger seat. Bottom line. It is a truck after all and not built for a vacation cruise vehicle. All and all it is a better made truck with a lot of accessories that you will pay ten grand more for on a Toyota Tacoma or a Ford Ranger.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

Great car for long distance and local transportation. It's equipped with the best infotainment system. The Kia connect app help you manage your car. It's running smoothly. This is so far the best car of the year.

I was looking for a specific vehicle got in touch with the dealership which I located on cars.com and salesman Matt Tucker who provided me with a walk around video and his transparent honest assessment of the vehicle which led me to board a plane from New York City to purchase my vehicle! Upon arrival I met Danny Ogden who provided me with my inspection and test drive his hospitality was awesome! When it came time for the financial paperwork I met the loveliest business manager Crystal Harrison who assured me the dealerships goal is customer satisfaction and if any unforeseen issues arise their goal is to make things right no questions asked and that’s about all you can ask for! We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring. I took an extended test drive before deciding to purchase vehicle. Amazingly there was no pressure to buy. After purchase, some items were corrected quickly at a convenient (for me) time. Atmosphere, sales, and service facilities are clean and very pleasant to wait in while business ia addressed.
