This was the most comfortable worry free experiences I’ve had with buying a car from a dealership they work as a team to ensure your happy with every stage of the purchase! I was looking for a specific vehicle got in touch with the dealership which I located on cars.com and salesman Matt Tucker who provided me with a walk around video and his transparent honest assessment of the vehicle which led me to board a plane from New York City to purchase my vehicle! Upon arrival I met Danny Ogden who provided me with my inspection and test drive his hospitality was awesome! When it came time for the financial paperwork I met the loveliest business manager Crystal Harrison who assured me the dealerships goal is customer satisfaction and if any unforeseen issues arise their goal is to make things right no questions asked and that’s about all you can ask for! What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

After test driving many cars and visiting multiple dealerships, I found Elhadj and Ft. Mitchell Mercedes. I had an idea of what I was looking for and immediately, Elhadj listened to what I was hoping to find and led me to a car that I fell in love with. The greatest part about Elhadj is that he has continued to take care of me and my car needs and questions after the purchase of my car which I appreciate so much. The dealership has been quick to help me and answer any and all questions I have had and made the process extremely smooth as I needed to bring the car back for some servicing. I have bought quite a few cars in my time but this was by far the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had and it’s great knowing that the service level stays the same even after the purchase. The best experience buying a car that I have had in the Cincinnati area in a long time.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.
