Best experience EVER buying a vehicle! We didn’t spend our entire life there doing it! Haha! Nick followed through finding us the right vehicle and Guy worked it out quickly and efficiently….. they are definitely worthy of a 5star rating. It was not financed, but that gentleman was great too!

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Jones FordReviews
Jones Ford review
Good people. I recently moved to NC from Maine and most of the New England dealers had the vehicle I purchased from Jones Ford priced over MSRP. Jones Ford sold it to me for slightly under MSRP so I could stay within my budget. The business manager was friendly and gave me some great ideas for some performance upgrades and accessories as well as some interesting facts about my new area. I have bought many, many, many vehicles over the years and this was one of the better sales experiences I have had.

Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.

Courtesy FordReviews
Courtesy Ford review
We needed a used car sooner rather than later. We have bought two trucks in less than four years at Courtesy through Jason. We went to Jason to ask what to do about acquiring a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about what is on his lot and helped us out. We walked out with an excellent used car and excellent customer care. Courtesy Ford will treat you right, and ask for Jason!

Starling FordReviews
Starling Ford review
I'm from out of country and was directed to Starling Ford in Titusville. I can't say enough good things about the team at Starling Ford. My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. A huge shout out to Dave in parts- he was incredible. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. It's rare to find this kind of dedicated service , and I'll definitely be back. If you need your Ford serviced, go see Mike and Dave. F.B. Jamieson (from Canada)

Ryan and his manager helped me immensely getting into an AMAZING car. With this being my first car buying experience personally, I couldn't have asked for it go better. They worked so hard to make sure I could get accepted and get into a car that day!
